The tenders should be superscribed "Supply,

Installation and Commissioning of SITs" which is

addressed to the Director of Collegiate Education, Vikas

Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The last date for

submitting tender form is on 5-2-2011 at 3 p. m. Late

tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at

3 p. m. on 7-2-2011 in the presence of tenderers or their

authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Director of Collegiate Education, Vikas Bhavan,

Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala obtain the requisite tender

forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application

for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance of ` 1,040 which is the price fixed for a form

and which is not refundable under any circumstances.

Those who wish to receive the form by registered post

should be accompanied by a DD for ` 1,078 drawn in

favour of "The Director of Collegiate Education,

Thiruvananthapuram" with the application. Cheques,

Postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost

of forms, nor will the form be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate

tender form if required will be issued at ` 520 per copy.

Last date of receipt of tender is 8-2-2011, 3 p. m. and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Tenderers should submit their tenders in the prescribed form which can be had from the undersigned on all working days from 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. on cash payment of ` 156 (150 + 4% VAT) for original tender and ` 104 (100 + 4% VAT) for the duplicate. Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent Money Order for cost of tender form and VAT along with the charge of Registered Post. The tender forms are not transferable.

An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be executed along with the tender. The rate quoted in the tender should be inclusive of all taxes.

Sale of tender will be closed at 2 p. m. on 7-2-2011. DD in the name of the Principal, Government College, Mokeri for ` 500 (five hundred only) towards the EMD drawn in favour of SBT, Kuttiadi should be attached to the tender. Tender without E. M. D. will be rejected but from the firms which are exempted from furnishing E. M. D. on production of clear documentary evidence. Whenever purchase of computer is made, the machine with accessories will be tested by L. B. S. or competent authority and payment made after that.

The undersigned reserves the right to extend, cancel or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതു സംബന്ധിച്ച നിരക്കുകളും നിബന്ധനകളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനെടുക്കുന്ന പരമാവധി കാലാവധി എന്നിവ വ്യ‡മായി പരാമർശിക്കേ≠ താണ്. നിരക്കുകൾക്ക് 31-3-2011 വരെ സ്ഥിരതയു≠ായിരിക്കണം.

ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ ` 100 -ന്റെ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ ഓരോ ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവ. കോളേജ്, കാസർഗോഡ്, വിദ്യാനഗർ പി. ഒ. എന്ന പേരിൽ ഡി. ഡി.യും അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കേരള സർക്കാർ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ് മുഖേന രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തി ട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ മതിയായ രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നപക്ഷം നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഒടുക്കേ≠തില്ല.

കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും മറ്റ് അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ എൽ. ബി. എസ്. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ നിയമപരമായ അധികാരമുള്ള വരുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
