TENDER NOTICE
No. G1-3057/2009.
6th January 2011.
Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed form are invited by the undersigned from the manufacturers or authorized suppliers for the supply of motor boat, for (Kadalundy-Vallikunnu Community Reserve) Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode. The envelope containing the tenders should be superscripted as "Tender for the supply of boat" and should be addressed to the Divisional Forest Officer, Civil Station, Kozhikode. Belated tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on the date specified below in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who are present at that time. Those who are interested, can obtain the tender forms directly from Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode. Each tenders should be sent along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Government stamp paper worth ` 100 and EMD 2.5% of the total cost of the items tendered for.
Rate should be quoted against payment in Indian Rupees only. The tender without the required agreement and EMD and not satisfying other tender conditions are liable will be rejected without notice. Tender forms are not transferable and cost of tender form is non refundable. The necessary certificate should be obtained from the Chief Inspector of Boats regarding the conditions of the boat suitable for carrying passengers.

Engine- 9.9 hp OBM 4 stroke If the tender date happens to be holiday or the tender could not be conducted on the notified date, due to any other reasons, the tender will be conducted on the same place and time on the next working day, as per the same conditions. If the tender could not be conducted on the said
day and time it will be conducted on
