NOTIFICATION
No. EFL. 10-58/2011.

WHEREAS the Government of Kerala has published Act No. 21 of 2005, namely, the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act 2003, which came into effect from 2nd day of June 2000 for the conservation and management of ecologically fragile lands, minimizing the reduction of degradation of the Eco-system and Biological Diversity therein.
Now, it is hereby notified for the information of the public that the ownership and possession of the land as per the details shown in the schedule hereto, in the District of Wayanad has been vested with the Government of Kerala free from all encumbrances and the right, title and interest of the owner or any other person thereon shall stand extinguished from the date of commencement of the Act, i.e. 2nd June 2000.
The publication of the notification is made as required under Section 3(2) of the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act, 2003 as per Government Notification No. 15567/Leg./B1/01/Law dated 3rd May 2005 and published in Kerala Gazette No. 929, dated 3rd May 2005.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained
from the Office of the undersigned on application in
writing and on payment of the cost of tender form either
in cash or by Money Order (not refundable) upto
1 p.m. on 16-2-2011 and will be opened by the undersigned
or his deputee on the same day at 3.30 p. m. in the presence
of the applicants attending on that date. If the tender
cannot be conducted on 16-2-2011 or on the next working
day it would be conducted on 18-2-2011 or on 21-2-2011 at
the same time and place. If the due date happens to be a
holiday, the next working day will be the due date. Cost
of tender form will not be refunded at any instance.
The tender forms are not transferable. The earnest
money deposit noted against the work should be paid

along with the tenders by Demand Draft only (cheques or
fixed deposit receipts will not be acceptable) in favour of
the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at
Adimaly. Incomplete tender or tenders without EMD are
liable to be rejected. The preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 should be enclosed with the tender.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender
without assigning any reason. All other conditions
prevailing in the Kerala Public Works Department and
Forest Department are applicable to this tender notification
also.
