തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ് ലൈബ്രറിയിൽ 2011-ൽ ആവശ്യമായ പുസ്ത കങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക ആവ ശ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ സി.ഡി. ആയി ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില :
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം പുസ്തക ങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % (ഒരു ശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യ ത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാ ളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെ≠റും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. S1/077/2011/AVC. 6th January 2011.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of following items to Govt. Ayurveda College, Panchakarma Hospital, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11 upto 31-7-2011.
Tenders should be superscribed "Supply of Iron Cot'' addressed to the Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 5-2-2011. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 5-2-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of ` 1,040 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 5-2-2011. Cheque, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 520 per copy.
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 the rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2011. The Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender.
ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 5-2-2011 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാ ണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാ ത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില്പന 5-2-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2011 വരെ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില ` 1,040 ആണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 520.
