കുറിപ്പ് :-(1 ) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന യ്ക്കും, നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യത വിധേയമായി , തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊളളി ച്ചിട്ടുളളത് . സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റാർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ തിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല .

( 2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥി പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത് . അതിനു ശേഷമുളള അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

(P) No. 117/08/ SC/ST DD dated 19-12-08 മുളള നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ ഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . സർട്ടി സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടിക വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ജാതി പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ തഹസിൽ ദാരിൽ നിന്നും 22-3-2005 -ന് ശേഷം പി . എസ് . സി . ഓഫീസിൽ സമർപ്പി ക്കുന്നതിനായി ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടി ഫിക്കററും , 2 ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജ രാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മിശ്രവിവാഹിതരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008 -നു ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ຂ໐ ຫາ സർട്ടി ഫിക്കററിന്റെ പകർപ്പുകളാണ് ഹാജ രാക്കേണ്ടത് . ജാതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യ ത്തിനായി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കു ന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച്‌ച വരുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോ ഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് സംവരണാനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down- loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www . keralapsc.org or photo- copied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

The following list contains the names ofcandidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type ( OMR Valuation) Test held on 19-9-2009 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 30-1-2010 and found fit in the Physical Measure- ment conducted on 23-2-2010 and 24-2-2010 for the post of Forest Guard ( Category No. 55/2008) on Rs . 4990-7990 in Forest Department in Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 31-1-2008 arranged in the order of merit . This Ranked List isbrought in to force w.e.f. 6-5-2010.

The candidates , who require the photo copy of their OMR Answer Script should remit the the prescribed fce of Rs . 200 in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head of Accounts " 0051 -PSC -800 Other Receipts 99 Other Receipt" . The application for obtaining photocopy of OMR Answer Script should be in the prescribed form and should reach the District Officer , KPSC District Office ; Kannur , within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List . The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained . The fee once remitted will not be refunded . The application form can be downloaded from the application section of the Commission's. Website www.keralapsc.org. The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier . Candidatesfrom this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of this list . As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies , there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment . The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim atall for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list .

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents . The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer ; KPSC District Office , Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list , to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to . Ranked List No. 206/ 10/WYD.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type ( OMR) Test held on 19-9-2009 and Physical Measurement on 3-3-2010 and 4-3-2010 for selection to the post of Forest Guard on Rs . 4990-7990 ( Category No. 55/08) in Forest Department in Wayanad District arranged in the order of merit . The Ranked List isRanked List is brought into force with effect from 6-5-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier . Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time , if applicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the List . As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies , there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment . The candidates remaining in the List at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the List .

According to the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed , but rechecking of marks will be done on payment of Rs . 50. The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of account 0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee " . The marks awarded will be checked a second time and discrepancies , if any , willbe rectified . The original chalan receipt together with the application for re-checking should reach The District Officer , KPSC District Office , Wayanad within one month from the date of publication of the result . The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account .

Application for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated wil not be considered . Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Probability List are advised to refer notification No. ER II (2 ) 6057/09/EW dated 21-1-2010 ( appended with the Ranked List) for the register numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof. Application for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 Size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapse.org or photocopied there from . Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered .

Candidates can, if required , obtain the photocopy of their OMR answer sheets . The application in the prescribed form should be submitted within one month of the publication of Ranked List , alongwith the original chalan receipt for Rs . 200 remitted in the Head of Account " 0051 - PSC - 800-99 -other receipts" . receipt with The detailed instructions in this regard and a specimen application form are appended with the Ranked List .

The entries put in column 4 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application form and proved by them with necessary documents . The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer , KPSC District Office , Wayanad within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to . In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies , if any , the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 34 (Thirty Four) marks and above in the Objective Type ( OMR) Test have been included in the Main List . The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in Supplementary Lists .
