SHORT TENDER NOTICE
[No. XVI/2010-11]
No. A9/1723/10-CAP-XI-Plan (Merged Schemes).
11th January 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments to Maharaja's College, Ernakulam under UGC Merged Schemes-XI Plan (CAP).
The
tenders should superscribed "Tender No. XVI/2010-11 supply of equipments under UGC Merged Schemes-XI Plan (CAP) and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 17-2-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Estimated cost is ` 3,50,000.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam, Kochi-11 obtain the requisite tender forms (before 2 p. m. on all working days) on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 728 (` 700+28 VAT), which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Those who wish to get the tender form by post, have to sent ` by Money Order. In the case of bidder outside Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 50 for executing agreement will be sent on their request along with an additional amount of ` 50. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on 17-2-2011. Cheques, DD, Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 364 per copy. The rates quoted will be valid up to 31-3-2011. 1% of the total cost of articles tendered should be deposited towards EMD by DD drawn in favour of the undersigned.
എറണാകുളം മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ സപ്ളൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ XVI/2010-11 UGC Merged Scheme (CAP) ഉപകരണ ങ്ങൾ സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്" എന്ന് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിന് മുകളിൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ്, എറണാകുളം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 2011 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 17-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിവരെ വിൽക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിവരെ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതല പ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്ന തുമാണ്. വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്നതും മുദ്രവയ്ക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസു കൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മൊത്തം ` 3,50,000 ആണ് സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി വക കൊള്ളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
താല്പര്യമുളളവർ ` 728 ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ചോ ` 778 മണിയോർഡറായോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ്, എറണാകുളം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുളള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിനുളള ` 50 അധികമായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ആയത് തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ര≠ാം പകർപ്പ് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ` 364-ം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ` 414-ം അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE
[No. 19/2010/Plan]
No. A3/2624/2010/Plan. 14th January 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Cooler and Water Purifier under the Plan Scheme 2010-11 for a total amount of ` 50,000.
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 19/2010-Plan for the supply of Water Cooler and Water Purifier and addressed to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sales of tender form will be closed on 16-2-2011, 2 p. m. and the last date for receipt of tender form is 16-2-2011 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 16-2-2011 at 4 p. m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is ` 315 (Rupees three hundred and fifteen only).
Application form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 315 at the office or by Money Order which is the price fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms. Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for. This is subject to a minimum of ` 30 (Rupees Thirty only). Tender form if required by post an additional amount of ` 40 should be sent.
An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they required for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of ` 120 (Rupees One hundred for stamp paper and 20 for incidental expense).
Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at ` 160 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form.
The Principal reserves herself the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
