2011-12 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ഭക്ഷ്യവസ്തു‌ക്കൾ കോടനാട് ആന ക്യാമ്പിലെ ആനകൾക്കും കോടനാട് വൈൽഡ് അനിമൽ റസ്ക്യൂ സെൻ്ററിൽ പരിപാലിച്ചുവരുന്ന വന്യമൃഗങ്ങൾക്കും നൽകുന്നതിന് കോടനാട് റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസിൽ എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് താൽപര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുള്ളതും നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട ഫോറത്തിലുള്ളതുമായ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ "കോട നാട് ആന ക്യാമ്പിലെ ആനകൾക്കും വൈൽഡ് അനിമൽ റസ്ക്യൂ സെൻ്ററിലെ വന്യമൃഗങ്ങൾക്കും 2011-12 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ ആഹാരസാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ കവറുകളിൽ മുദ്രവച്ച് 2011 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 18-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം മൂന്ന് മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി മലയാറ്റൂർ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ

ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ താണ് .

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ 14-2-2011 മുതൽ 18-2-2011 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ മലയാറ്റൂർ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-2-2011 - ന് ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 18-2-2011 ഉച്ച കഴിഞ്ഞ് 3.30 - ന് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതി നിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ മലയാറ്റൂർ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. 18-2-2011 - ലെ ദർഘാസിൽ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യാത്ത ആഹാരസാധനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക അന്നേ ദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ഓഫീസ് നോട്ടീസ് ബോർഡിൽ പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വൈകി എത്തുന്നതോ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്തതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ദേശ സാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിൽ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ , മലയാറ്റൂർ ഡിവിഷൻ , കോടനാട് എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ മാറത്ത ക്കവണ്ണം ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ താണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയോ ഹർത്താലോ ആയി വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും ദർഘാസു കൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രത്യേക കാരണങ്ങൾ കാണിക്കാതെ

നിരസിക്കുന്നതിന് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർക്ക് അധികാരമു ായിരിക്കുന്നതും ആയത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തുമായിരിക്കും . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-2-2011 - ന് മുഴുവനായോ ഭാഗീകമായോ നടക്കാതി രുന്നാൽ ടി ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-2-2011 -നും 10-3-2011 - നും നിശ്ചിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും നടത്തുന്നതാണ് .

CONDITIONS

1. The supply of cow dung ( dry) should be completed within 15 days from the date of execution of agreement . Cow dung should be supplied at Kasaragod and Hosdurg Range and the receipt should be obtained from Range Officer , Social Forestry Range , Hosdurg and Kasaragod .

2. If the supply is not completed within the dates specified in item No. 1 above , the tender will be cancelled and action will be taken to purchase the items at the risk and loss of the original tender .

3. The Demand Draft towards E. M. D. should be pledged in the name of the undersigned payable at State Bank of India, Vidyanagar Branch , Kasaragod and should be accompanied along with the filled up tender forms .

4. The successful tenderer should remit 5 % amount of the PAC as security deposit for the contract , and enter into an agreement with the Forest Department within 7 days from the date of intimation regarding the acceptance of the tender .

5. Final payment of bills will be paid only after ensuring quality as described above .

6. The tenderer is liable to follow Kerala Purchase Rules and all the conditions stipulated as per Kerala Forest Code and Kerala Store Purchase Manual is applicable for this tender also . Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. S1 / 1415 /2010/ICD/HDC and addressed to the Superintendent, Institute of Chest Diseases , Medical College , Kozhikode . Tenders should be submitted on or before 18-2-2011 , 11 a. m . Belated tenders will not be accepted . Each tender should be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth` 100 and EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for . The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a . m. on 19-2-2011 in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives .

Rate should be quoted against payment in Indian Rupees only . The tender which do not satisfy the conditions without the agreement and with insufficient Earnest Money Deposit are liable to be rejected without any notice .
