SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Tools and Equipments for Sheet Metal Worker Trade of Government I.T.I., Chackai.
Cost of tender form (Tax 4% VAT) :
Original—` 300.
Duplicate—` 150.
Last date and time of receipt of tender—16-2-2011, 2 p. m.
The cover containing tenders should be superscribed B4/01/11 dated 20-1-2011 and addressed to the Principal, Govt. I.T.I., Chackai. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 16-2-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government I. T. I., Chackai obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 300 + VAT @ 4% which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Kerala Stamp Paper required for executing preliminary agreement along with the tender will be provided to firms outside Kerala, if they remit an amount of ` 125 by money order separately. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 14-2-2011. Cheques, Postal orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued on remittance of cost.

ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിന് മുകളിൽ ബി4/01/11, തീയതി 20-1-2011 എന്ന് വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ തും, ആയവ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവ. എെ.റ്റി.എെ., ചാക്ക എന്ന മേൽവിലാസ ത്തിൽ നി›ിത തീയതിക്കുമുമ്പായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ തുമാണ്. അവസാന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 16-2-2011-ന് 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളു ടെയോ മുൻപിൽ വച്ച് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവ. എെ.റ്റി.എെ., ചാക്കയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും (`300 + വാറ്റ് @ 4%) രൂപ ഒടുക്കി വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 14-2-2011-ന് 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ
വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും കമ്പനികൾ സമർപ്പി ക്കേ താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികൾ ` 125 മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കുന്നപക്ഷം സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പർ വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി.
ആയി അയച്ചു തരുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ, വില ഒടുക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാ ണ്.

Late tenders will not be accepted. One percent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Depost. Validity period 3 months from the date of opening the tenders otherwise will be rejected. Tenders in original should be accompained with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 (Rupees Hundred only) otherwise the tender will not be considered. Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firm outside Kerala if required by remitting ` 125 (Rupees one hundred and Twenty Five only) separately by Money Order ( ` 25 is intended to cover postage and incidental expenses). Tender forms are not transferable.
