ങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസ
തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം ശ്രീ. എ. രഞ്ജിത്ത്, അ ിപ്പാട്ട് ഹൗസ്, കടലു ി പോസ്റ്റ്, കോഴിക്കോടിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. സി. രമേഷ്കുമാറിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 5,22,113 രൂപ (അഞ്ചു ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തിര ായിരത്തി നൂറ്റി പതിമൂന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) ്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്റ്റിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീമതി അനുമോൾ (ഭാര്യ), (2) അഭിനവ് (മകൻ മൈനർ, മൂന്നര വയസ്സ്) (3) ശ്രീമതി രമ, സി. (മാതാവ്), ചെറുകാട് ഹൗസ്, കടലു ി വില്ലേജ്, ചാലിയം പോസ്റ്റ്, കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ല എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളുവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലും ഉെ ത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരതുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, the National Insurance Company Ltd., has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 3,98,800 (Rupees Three lakh ninty eight thousand and eight hundred only) as payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri M. S. Babu, who met with a fatal accident on 14- 11-2002 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Kalpetta it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above. Claims, if any preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Whereas, the Chembra Estate, has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs. 93,595 (Rupees Ninty three thousand five hundered and ninety five only) as payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Basavan who met with a fatal accident on 3-11-2001 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Kalpaetta Circle. It is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Whereas, the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs. 5,93,201 (Rupees Five lakh ninty three thousand two hundred and one only) as payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Muhammed Mustafa who met with a fatal accident on 13-8-2005 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Mananthavady it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
