Tender will be opened at 12 noon on 18-2-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, IMCH, Medical College, Calicut, Kerala will obtain the requisite tender form in which the tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompained by the cash remittance as noted below for a set of tender forms, which will not be refunded under any circumstances. Postage Stamp, Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Tender forms will not be sent by V. P. P.
Tender should be accompanied by EMD amounting to 1% (Rounded to next 1 Rupee) of the total cost of articles tendered for. The tenders not accompanied by sufficient EMD will not be entertained.
An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 (Rupees hundred only) should be submitted along with tender. The EMD should be submitted as bank draft. The quality of the item should be ensured by the supplier and sample of the same has to be supplied along with the tender.
Quote the price for one sheet inclusive of all taxes, which should be mentioned clearly. Further details can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours on any working day.
The undersigned has the right to postpone/cancel the tender process without prior notice and decision taken by the Superintendent will be final.
