RE-TENDER NOTICE

No. BSC/1/2010-11/DBGL/D4. 24th January 2011.

Competitive tenders in sealed covers superscribing the Supply and Installation of New Dual Float-cum-Boost Charges (FCBC) and sealed maintenance free Batteries for EPABX installed in Kerala Legislative Assembly are invited for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala by the undersigned from the approved agency or branded company so as to reach this office on or before the date specified. Tenders will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the date specified by the undersigned or other authorized officers.

Sealed tenders should be sent by post only so as to reach the same within the prescribed date and time itself.

Tender No.—133/SESCBL/2010-11. PAC— ` 2,99,800.

EMD— ` 7,500.

Cost of tender form—` 624 (Including VAT).

Last date and time of receipt of tender—10-2-2011, 4 p. m.

Period of completion—1 month.

Tender documents and other particulars can be downloaded in the PWD website (www.keralapwd.gov.in) up to 1 p. m. one day before the tender date. The tender documents should be received this office before 4 p.m. on the tender date together with cost of tender form (in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the undersigned) and EMD.

Only post or registered courier tenders will be entertained and late tender will be rejected. All other conditions are the same as those current in Kerala Public Works Department.

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ ി ദക്ഷിണമേഖലാ സൂപ്ര ിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം കേരള നിയമസഭാ കോംപ്ളക്സിലെ ഇ പി എ ബി എക്സ് സിസ്റ്റത്തിനുവേ ി (എഫ് സി ബി സി-യും) സീൽഡ് മെയിന്റനൻസ് ഫ്രീ ബാറ്ററിയും സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻസി/ബ്രാൻഡഡ് കമ്പനിയിൽനിന്നും മൽസരാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസിന്റെ കാലാവധി അതു സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം മുതൽ 4 മാസം വരെ ആയിരിക്കും. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട തീയതിക്കകം തപാൽ മുഖേന ലഭിക്കുന്നവ മാത്രം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട തീയതിക്ക് ഒരു ദിവസം മുമ്പ് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണി വരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതും പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് എടുക്കാവുന്നതും പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ റും ടെ ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വില ബാങ്ക് ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എഞ്ചിനീയർക്ക് മാറ്റാവുന്നവിധം എടുത്തതും പോസ്റ്റ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അംഗീകൃത കൊറിയർ സർവ്വീസ് മുഖേന ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ താണ്. നി›ിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം കിട്ടുന്ന ടെ റുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
