TENDER NOTICE

The Inspector General of Registration, Department of Registration, on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites sealed tenders for Supply, Installation and Co-location of Servers in the Network Operation & Data Centre of National Informatics Centre (NIC) at Thiruvananthapuram. The Indian companies registered to manufacture the tendered items in India or duly authorized by the companies having valid type approval for the tendered items and have executed commercial orders are eligible to participate in the tender.

The tender documents can be had from the office of the Inspector General of Registration, Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram from 1-2-2011 till 12 Noon on 16-2-2011 on payment of ` 25,000 + VAT @ 4%. Other details of tender can be had from the office of the Inspector General of Registration on all working days till 16-2-2011 or can be downloaded from the website:

www.keralaregistration.gov.in. Last date of receipt of tenders will be up to 1 p. m. on 16-2-2011 and the tender willbe opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the office of the Inspector General of Registration, Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
