Sealed tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from the manufacturers or from their authorized dealers for the supply and installation of Closed Circuit TV System—2 Nos. to the Department of Treasuries, Government of Kerala. The prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.

Detailed configuration of items will be furnished at the time of the purchase of the tender form from the office of the undersigned. The rates quoted shall be valid for 3 months from the date of signing of the agreement.

The items are to be supplied to various Treasuries in the State within 30 days on receipt of the supply order. All items should have 3 years warranty and 2 years after warranty support.

Cost of tender form:

Original—` 1,500 + 4% VAT.

Duplicate—` 750 + 4% VAT.

Starting date and time of issue of tender forms—

28-1-2011, 10 a. m.

Last date and time of sale of tender forms—

16-2-2011, 1 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender form—

17-2-2011, 3 p. m.

Date and time of opening of tender—18-2-2011, 11 a. m.

Designation and address from whom tender forms can be had and to whom tenders are to be sent.—

The Director, Directorate of Treasuries, Krishna Buildings, Power House Road, Thiruvananthapuram-36.

Intending bidders can purchase tender forms from the office of the undersigned on payment of ` 1,560 in cash as cost of tender forms or get it by post on payment of ` 1,660 (cost of tender form and stamp paper) by money order along with a self addressed stamped envelope and a request for the supply of tender forms. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted, nor it will be sent by VPP.

Duplicate copy of the tender form will be issued to firms or individuals who have purchased original forms, but tenders should be submitted in original.

EMD which is 1% of the amount quoted for the quantity required, shall be furnished along with tender submitted by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Director of Treasuries payable at Thiruvananthapuram for the fulfillment of the contract. EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one month after the tenders are finalized and that of successful bidder will be adjusted into Security Deposit. Every bidder shall furnish preliminary agreement in the prescribed form on Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with the tender.

The tender should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Closed Circuit TV System as per Re-Tender Notification No. 1/2011" and they should be addressed to the Director of Treasuries, Power House Road, Thiruvananthapuram-36.

The tenders received in time will be opened in the presence of such bidders or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

No tenders received after the specified date and time will be accepted on any account.

്) വർഷത്തെ വാറ ിക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള സാധനസാമഗ്രികൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ടെക്നിക്കൽ സപ്പോർട്ടും ഉ ാ ഉപകരണത്തിന്റെ കോൺഫിഗറേഷന്റെ വിശദ വിവരം ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തുക കരാർ ഒപ്പു വച്ച ദിവസം മുതൽ മൂന്നുമാസം വരെ പ്രാബല്യമുള്ളതായിരിക്കും. ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം തന്നെ പ്രസ്തുത ഉപകരണം കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ ട്രഷറികളിൽ സπൈ ചെയ്യേ തും ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ തുമാണ്. ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്ക് 3 (മൂന്ന്) വർഷത്തെ ചെയ്യേ വാറ ിയും 2 (ര യിരിക്കണം. എല്ലാ ടാക്സും ഡ്യൂട്ടിയും പ്രത്യേകം കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില:

അസ്സൽ— ` 1,500 + 4% വാറ്റ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ്്— ` 750 + 4% വാറ്റ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വിൽപ്പന ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—28-1-2011, 10 മണി.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—16-2-2011, 1 മണി.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം ലഭിക്കേ അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—17-2-2011, 3 മണി.

ദർഘാസ് കവർ തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—18-2-2011, 11 മണി.

ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന വിലാസം—ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്ടർ, ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ,് കൃഷ്ണ ബിൽഡിംഗ്സ്, പവ്വർ ഹൗസ് റോഡ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-36.

താൽപര്യമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാർ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് (വില ` 1,560). തപാൽ മുഖേന ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ സ്വന്തം വിലാസമെഴുതി ആവശ്യമായ തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച കവർ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത് ` 1,660 (ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെയും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിന്റെയും വില) മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ച് താണ്. ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ ഓർഡറുകൾ ഇവ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ച് കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി ഒറിജിനൽ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒറിജിനൽ പ്രമാണത്തിൽ തന്നെയാണ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ ത്.

കരാർ തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി (EMD) ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്ടർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-36 എന്ന പേരിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം നഗരത്തിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റാക്കി ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തേ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ഒപ്പിട്ട് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കവറിനുപുറത്ത് "Tender for the supply of closed circuit T. V. System as per the Re-Tender Notification No. 1/2011" എന്ന് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിലോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധിക ളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിലോ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദിവസം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കവറിനുപുറത്ത് "Tender for the supply of Computer Chairs and Steel Furniture as per the Re-Tender Notification No. 3/2011" എന്ന് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിലോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിലോ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദിവസം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from the manufacturers or from their authorized dealers for the supply and installation of Tubular Batteries to the Department of Treasuries, Government of Kerala. The prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.

Item—Tubular Batteries-100 AH-12V.

Quantity—880.

Detailed specification of item mentioned above will be furnished at the time of the purchase of the tender form from the office of the undersigned. The rates quoted shall be valid for 3 months from the date of signing of the agreement.

The items are to be supplied to various Treasuries in the State within 30 days on receipt of the supply order.

The items should have 5 years warranty.

Cost of tender form:

Original—` 9,300 + 4% VAT.

Duplicate—` 4,650 + 4% VAT.

Starting date and time of issue of tender forms—

14-1-2011, 10 a. m.

Last date and time of sale of tender forms—

14-2-2011, 1 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender form—

16-2-2011, 3 p. m.

Date and time of opening of tender—16-2-2011, 4 p. m.

Intending bidders can purchase tender forms from the office of the undersigned on payment of ` 9,672 in cash as cost of tender forms or get it by post on payment of ` 9,772 (cost of tender form and stamp paper) by money order along with a self addressed stamped envelope and a request for the supply of tender forms. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted, nor it will be sent by VPP.

Duplicate copy of the tender form will be issued to firms or individuals who have purchased original forms, but tenders should be submitted in original.

The tender should be superscribed "Tender for the supply and installation of Tubular Batteries as per Tender Notification No. 4/2011" and they should be addressed to the Director of Treasuries, Power House Road, Thiruvananthapuram-36.

The tenders received in time will be opened in the presence of such bidders or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

No tenders received after the specified date and time will be accepted on any account.

തും ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്യേ തു ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖ പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തുക കരാർ ഒപ്പുവച്ച ദിവസം മുതൽ മൂന്നുമാസം വരെ പ്രാബല്യമുള്ളതായിരിക്കും. ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് 30 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം തന്നെ പ്രസ്തുത ഉപകരണം കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ ട്രഷറികളിൽ സπൈ ചെയ്യേ മാണ്. ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്ക് അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തെ വാറ ി ഉ ായിരിക്കണം. എല്ലാ ടാക്സും ഡ്യൂട്ടിയും പ്രത്യേകം കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

താണ്. ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ ഇവ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന താൽപര്യമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാർ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് (വില ` 9,672 ). തപാൽ മുഖേന ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ സ്വന്തം വിലാസമെഴുതി ആവശ്യമായ തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച കവർ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത് ` 9,772-ന്റെ (ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെയും മുദ്രപത്ര ത്തിന്റെയും വില) മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ച് അപേക്ഷി ക്കേ തല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ച് കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി ഒറിജിനൽ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒറിജിനൽ പ്രമാണത്തിൽ തന്നെയാണ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ ത്.
