SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. 9462/D4/99/CE.
21st January 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited in the prescribed form for the supply of Auto Focus Total Station—Three Nos. for the use of Harbour Engineering Department.
The tender should be superscribed 'Supply of Total Stations for Harbour Engineering Department' and addressed to the Chief Engineer, Harbour Engineering Department, Kamaleswaram, Manacaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 009, so as to reach on or before 22-2-2011 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 22-2-2011 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Indenting tenderers may on application to the Chief Engineer, Harbour Engineering Department, to obtain the requisite tender forms, on which, tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 2,800 +4% VAT, which is the price for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postal Orders, Stamps, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be from 10-2-2011 to 22-2-2011 and will be closed at 1 p. m. on 22- 2-2011.
Tenderers who desire to get tender documents by post shall have to remit ` 2,800 + 4% VAT+ ` 50 (for postage charges), by money order or in the form of demand draft from a nationalised bank, in favour of 'The Chief Engineer, Harbour Engineering Department', payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Cheque, Postal Order etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, not will the forms be sent by VPP.
The tenderers should send along with his tender a preliminary agreement in the prescribed proforma attached alongwith the tender schedule executed and signed on the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. The tenders should also accompanied by EMD, which is 1% of the quoted amount, rounded to nearest higher 50 Rupee, as demand draft pledged in favour of 'The Chief Engineer, Harbour Engineering Department, Thiruvananthapuram', from any of the Nationalised Bank payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
The quoted rate should be inclusive all cost of the instrument and accessories, taxes and duties, delivery of each instrument and accessories at Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam and Kozhikode, installation and demonstration, etc. Maximum period of guarantee that can be given, detailed specifications and period of delivery not exceeding one month should be shown separately. All other conditions prevailing in Government Departments, for the supply of stores is applicable to this tender also.
ഹാർബർ എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് ചുവടെ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നിബന്ധനകൾ പ്രകാരം Auto Focus Total Station—3 എണ്ണം സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്കുവേ≠ി ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസ് കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "Total Station സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ ചീഫ് എൻജിനീയർ, ഹാർബർ എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ്, കമേലശ്വരം, മണക്കാട് പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം-9 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 22-2-2011 വൈകിട്ട് 3 മണി വരെയാണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകിട്ട് 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ ചീഫ് എൻജിനീയർ, ഹാർബർ എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ്, കമലേശ്വരം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 10-2-2011 മുതൽ 22-2-2011-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ ` 2,800+ 4% നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കേ≠വർ ` 2,800 + 4% നികുതി + ` 50 പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചാർ÷് സഹിതം മണി ഓർഡർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ചീഫ് എൻജിനീയർ, ഹാർബർ എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന പേരിൽ പൊതുമേഖലാ ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും എടുത്തതും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മാറാവുന്നതുമായ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് രൂപത്തിൽ മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന അഡ്രസ്സിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ` 100 വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ കൂടെ നൽകുന്ന മാതൃകയിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ഒപ്പിട്ട് സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. അതോടൊപ്പംതന്നെ ചീഫ് എൻജിനീയർ, ഹാർബർ എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ്, മണക്കാട് പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും നാഷണലൈസ്ഡ് ബാങ്കിൽ മാറാവുന്നതും ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനത്തിന് (` 50-ൽ മുകളിലേയ്ക്ക് ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തിയത്) തുല്യമായിട്ടുള്ള തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ അവർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന മെഷീൻ മോഡലുകളുടെ Detailed Specification-നും അതോടൊപ്പം വിൽപ്പനാനന്തരം നൽകാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പരമാവധി വാറ≠ി സംബന്ധിച്ചും ഉള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാ സുകളോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസിൽ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വില, നികുതി ഓരോ യൂണിറ്റ് വീതം തിരുവനന്തപുരം, എറണാകുളം, കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലുള്ള ഓഫീസു കളിൽ ഡെലിവറി നടത്തി, ഡെമോൺസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ യുള്ള തുക രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് സർക്കാരിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാ സിനും ബാധകമാണ്.
