RE-TENDER NOTICE

No. G1-8170/2010.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Miscellaneous Materials for the Manufactory Unit of the Central Prison, Thiruvananthapuram.

The tender should be superscribed with the number, name of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons), Prisons Headquarters, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram-12.

Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be 12 Noon on 28-2-2011 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2011. Tender forms may be obtained from the office of the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons).

Application for tender forms will be accompanied by

particulars of cash remittance as detailed below.

Cost of tender form:

Original — ` 400 + VAT.

Duplicate — ` 200 + VAT.

The cost of tender form should not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 26-2-2011.

Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The tender forms will not sent by V. P. P.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലിലെ മാനുഫാക്ച്ചറി യിലേക്ക് മിസലേനിയസ് മെറ്റീരിയൽസ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിന് മുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് (പ്രിസൺസ്), ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥാനകാര്യാലയം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 28-2-2011-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു

കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ടെ≠ർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2011 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലു≠ായി രിക്കണം. അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് (പ്രിസൺസ്), തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില :

അസ്സൽ — ` 400 + വാറ്റ്.

ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് — ` 200 + വാറ്റ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 26-2-2011-ാം തീയതി 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി.യായി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെക്ക്/പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.
