Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. S4/15443/2010/MCC and addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode. Tenders should be submitted on or before 25-2-2011 at 11 a. m. Belated tenders will not be accepted. Each tender should be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and EMD @ 1% of the total cost of the items tendered for. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a. m. on 25-2-2011 in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representives.
Rate should be quoted against payment in Indian Rupees only. The tender which do not satisfy the conditions without the agreement and with insufficient Earnest Money Deposit are liable to be rejected without any notice. Cheque, Draft, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Stamp Paper will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala, on request along with the remittance of ` 137 (Rupees One hundred and thirty seven only) by money order taken in favour of Principal, Medical College, Kozikode.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed form are invited for the supply of various items for the ZLFC workshop, PMR Department, Medical College, Calicut.
Tender form can be had from the office of the Zonal Limb Fitting Center, Medical College, Calicut direct on payment of ` 450 and by registered post on payment of ` 480 by Money Order. The tender form should be superscribed as "Tender No. AC/147/10/ZLFC" and addressed to the Principal/Project Director, Zonal Limb Fitting Center, Medical College, Calicut. The last date for receipt of tender is 3 p.m. on 21-2-2011. Tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 22-2-2011 in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Delayed tenders will not be accepted.
Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed on 18-2-2011 at 3 p. m. Cheque, Drafts, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by VPP. Duplicate copy of tender form can be had on payment of ` 225.
IMPORTANT
The tenderers should send along with the tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 50. EMD 1% of the total cost of the item tendered for. Rate should be quoted against Indian Rupee payment only. Tenders without the required agreement and Earnest Money Deposit and tenders not quoted against Indian Rupee are liable to be rejected. Specimen agreement is annexed to the prescribed tender form. Stamp Paper will be supplied to firm outside Kerala on request along with a remittance of ` 87 by Money Order.
