Date of opening—21-2-2011.
The cover containing the tenders shall have appropriate superscription with the tender number and name of items and should be addressed to the 'Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033'. The tenders will be received only upto 15.00 hrs. on the day fixed for opening of tender and the tender will be opened at 16.00 hours on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time of opening of the tenders. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to be submitted.
Application for each tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of price fixed for a form/set of forms for each tender and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Separate tender forms should be purchased for each item if necessary and each tender should be sent in separate sealed cover.The sale of tender forms will be closed at 24 hours before the time fixed for the opening of the tender.
Cheques, Postage Stamps, D.D.s etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and the tender forms will not be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tenderer form, if required will be issued as per the price fixed. No firms are entitled to get "D/C" Forms against the supply. The firms under SSI units registerd with SPD, Government of Kerala only will be exempted from the payment of EMD/SD vide G.O.(P) No. 385/2008/Fin. dated 27-8-2008.

ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഇനവും വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതണം. സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതി നായി നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതികളിൽ 3 മണിവരെ മാത്രം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസു കാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന്റെ തലേ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം 4 മണിവരെ ലഭ്യമാണ്. താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിനുവേ≠ി സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡറായോ (സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ മാത്രം) അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് വി. പി. പി.
ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ അപേ ക്ഷയിൽ വ്യ‡മായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തി ന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില കൂടി ഒടുക്കേ≠ താണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ആഫീസ് അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനും സ്ഥലത്തിനും മാറ്റം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കേരള സർക്കാർ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തതും കേരളത്തിനകത്തുള്ളതുമായ SSI യൂണിറ്റുകൾ ഒഴികെ, ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേ≠താണ്.
