UNDER SECTION 9 (2) OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961

The subjoined statement is an extract from the survey field register giving particulars of the lands registered and surveyed in the name of concerned. Appeal, if any, against the survey should be presented within three months from the date of publication of this notice to the Officer-in-charge of the survey whose Headquarters are at Collectorate, Kollam.
Field maps may be obtained on application and payment of the fees prescribed from time to time.

മേൽപ്പാലം നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനായി ആവശ്യമു≠െന്നോ

പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനാലും;
ഇപ്പോൾ, തൻമൂലം, ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ
വ്യ‡ികൾക്കും 1894-ലെ സ്ഥലമെടുപ്പ് ആക്ട് (1894-ലെ 1-ാം
കേന്ദ്ര ആക്ട്) 4-ാം വകുപ്പ് (1)-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പിലെ
വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കനുസൃതമായി ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലുള്ള അറിയിപ്പ് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ജില്ലയിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ റീസർവ്വേ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിരിക്കു ന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവെയും അതിരടയാളവും സംബ ന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 1961-ലെ 37-ആക്ട് 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
ഇതിനാൽ നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലുള്ള അടിയന്തിരസ്വഭാവം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത്
ലാന്റ ് റവന്യൂ കമ്മീഷണർ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ആക്ട് 17-ാം വകുപ്പ്
(4)-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പിന് വിധേയമായി ആക്ടിലെ 5 (എ)
വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ ബാധകമാകേ≠
തില്ലെന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 13 എ വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അനുസരിച്ച് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമോ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലമോ ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റിസർവ്വെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

NOTIFICATION
UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961
No.H2 9605 /05. 29th December 2010.
WHEREAS the Government have directed to the Survey of lands comprised in survey numbers noted below, Peringathu Village in Thalassery Taluk, it is hereby notified under Sub Section (1) of section 6 of the kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, that the survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the survey numbers of the above said Village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed and that every persons claiming to be interested in the registered lands situated within or adjoining the above mentioned lands is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.
Under Sub-section (2) of section 6 of the said Act, this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to every person having any interest in the above said lands.
Under Sub-section (3) of section 6 of the above said Act, all the registered holders are hereby required:
(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing any trees, jungles, fences, standing crops or other material obstructions, the boundaries or other lines, the clearence of which may be necessary for the purposes of survey; and (b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and chainman; and (c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act of the rules made thereunder.
If any persons fails to comply with these requisitions under clauses (a) to (c) mentioned above, the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made thereunder.
