Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Writing Board, Key Board, Notice Board to Maharaja's College, Ernakulam under UGC fund—'CPE Scheme'-XI Plan. List enclosed.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. XIX/10-11 supply of Writing Board, Key Board and Notice Board under UGC fund 'CPE Scheme-XI Plan' and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 28-2-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Last date of receipt of tender form is on 28-2-2011, 3 p. m. Estimated cost is ` 4 lakh.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam, Kochi-11 obtain the requisite tender forms (before 2 p. m. on all working days) on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 832 (800 + 32 VAT) which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Those who wish to get the tender form by post have to send ` 882 by Money Order. In the case of bidder outside Kerala, Stamp Paper worth ` 50 for executing agreement will be send on their request along with an additional amount of ` 50. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on 28-2-2011. Cheques/DD/Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 416 per copy. The rates quoted will be valid up to 31-3-2011. 1% of the total cost of articles tendered should be deposited towards EMD by DD drawn in favour of the undersigned.

താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ` 832 ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ചോ ` 882 മണിയോർഡറായോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ്, എറണാകുളം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ഒപ്പ് വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിനുള്ള ` 50 അധികമായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ആയത് തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ര≠ാം പകർപ്പ് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ` 416-ം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ` 466-ം അടയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Wrestling Mats—14 Nos. to Physical Education Department of P.T.M. Government College Perinthalmanna for ` 34,228 (Rupees Thirty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Eight only) under UGC XI Plan "Catch up Grant" during 2010-11. The tenders should be super- scribed as "Tender for Wrestling Mats under UGC XI Plan "Catch up Grant" during 2010-11" and addressed to the Principal, P.T.M. Government College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District, Pin-679 322, Kerala State. The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 5-3-2011 at 2 p. m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p. m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 4-3-2011 at 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers, may on application to the Principal, PTM Govt. College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District, Pin-679 322 Kerala State obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 300 towards cost of forms plus ` 38 towards VAT, which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Drafts etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the form be sent by V. P. P. Those who require tender forms by registered post, should sent ` 370 by M.O. including cost of tender form and Registered Postal charges.

Every tender should be completey filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft for 1% of total cost of Equipments to be quoted towards EMD Short/Term/Fixed Deposit receipt should not be accepted towards EMD. EMD carry no interest. The rate, VAT and other charges should be quoted separately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses. The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents. Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Cooler (Full Stainless Steel Body 10 Ltr. Capacity) for ` 30,000 to Government College, Malappuram during 2010- 11 under Plan Scheme. The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Water Cooler under Plan Scheme during 2010-11" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Munduparamba P. O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin- 676 509. The last date of receipt of tender is at 1 p.m. on 28-2-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted at any account. The tenders will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day. The intending tenderers may make an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender form, in which tender should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will be accepted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 312 (Rupees Three hundred and twelve only) (including VAT). Rate of duplicate tender form is ` 156 (Rupees One hundred and fifty six only), which is price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12.30 p. m. on 28-2-2011. Cheques, Drafts and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form and the tender form will not be sent by V.P.P. Those who require tender form by registered post should sent the cost of tender form ` 349 (Rupees Three hundred and forty nine only) including postal charges for registered post by Money Order. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. The articles should be supplied within 15 days on receipt of the purchase order in the college at your expenses.

The period of firmness of rate quoted will be upto 31-3-2011. Rates, S. T. and condition of supply of articles should clearly be stated separately in respect of each of them.

The tenders should be accompanied by an EMD 1% (one percent) of the quoted value in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Principal. The minimum EMD should be ` 30 (Rupees Thirty only). Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order. More details can be had from the College Office during the working days.

മലപ്പുറം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2010-11 സാമ്പത്തികവർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ` 30,000-യുടെ വാട്ടർ കൂളർ, (ഫുൾ സ്റ്റെയിൻലെസ് സ്റ്റീൽ ബോഡി-10 ലിറ്റർ കപ്പാസിറ്റി) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "2010-11 വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ വാട്ടർ കൂളർ, വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ്, പി. ഒ. മു≠ുപറമ്പ്, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല, കേരളം, പിൻ-676 509 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 28-2-2011-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതു മാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുക യുള്ളു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ കാണിച്ച വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 312 (മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ വില ` 156. പ്രസ്തുത സംഖ്യ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 28-2-2011-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12.30 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്ററുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ വി. പി. പി. ആയും അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും, രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ` 349 (മുന്നൂറ്റി നാല്പത്തിയൊൻപത് മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ ` 100-യുടെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം കോളേജിൽ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിന്റെയും വിലനിരക്കും വിൽപ്പനനികുതിയും മറ്റ് ഉപാധികളും പ്രത്യേകമായി കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. വില നിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2011 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽനിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ, കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഏറ്റവും ചുരുങ്ങിയ നിരതദ്രവ്യ തുക ` 30 ആണ്. മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് പ്രവൃത്തിസ മയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ച് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
