The Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Irrigation, Thiruvananthapuram for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites sealed tenders, in duplicate, in prescribed form from the original manufacturers or their authorised dealers or well established firms for the "supply of Lift Pump Sets, Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter and Vacuum Pump Set to Keri Colony at Peechi Scheme under Irrigation Division, Thrissur".
Required items—40 HP pump set, fully automatic star delta starter and 1 HP 3 phase vacuum pump set.
Qty.—1 No. pump set & 1 No. vacuum pump set.
Cost of tender form:
Original—` 500 + VAT @ 4% + Educational Cess (Total ` 520).
Duplicate—` 300 + VAT @ 4% + Educational Cess (Total ` 312).
Last date, time and office of submission of filled up tenders—Up to 4 p. m. on 28-2-2011 to the Superintending Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Office Buildings, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-33.
Date, time & office of opening of tenders—At 4.30 p. m. on 28-2-2011 before the Superintending Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, O/o the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Office Buildings, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-33.
Date, time and office of sale of tender documents— On all working days between 11 a. m. and 4 p. m. from 10-2-2011 to 21-2-2011 from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Thrissur, Pin-680 020. Phone- 0487-2332486.
Cover Containing tenders should be superscribed with tender No. and addressed to the Superintending Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer (Mechanical), PWD, the Chief Engineer Mechanical, Irrigation Department, Public Office Buildings, Museum P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 033, Phone-0471-2322634. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tender submitted authority or their authorized representative who may be present at that time. If the tender date is declared holiday the tender process will be done on the next working day at same time and place. The cost of tender forms are not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Drafts or Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted for the cost of tender forms. Tender forms are not transferable.
Tenders are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and an EMD equivalent to 1% of the quoted amount in favour of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Thrissur. Tenders without EMD and preliminary agreement will not be considered. A specimen of agreement is available in the tender form itself. Tender form can be obtained by post from the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Thrissur on payment of value of tender documents and an additional amount of ` 50 (towards the postal and incidental charges) by Money Order along with proper request. Department will not be responsible for any postal delay.
Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the firm outside Kerala along with tender form or payment of additional ` 135 (` 100 towards the value of Stamp Paper and ` 35 for incidental charges) which may be remitted by Money Order in advance to the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Thrissur during working hours.
All other existing conditions related to Irrigation Department will be applicable in this tender also. If required, the undersigned have right to cancel this without assigning any reason therefore.
കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ജലസേചനവകുപ്പ് മെക്കാനിക്കൽ വിഭാഗം ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ തൃശ്ശൂർ ഇറിഗേഷൻ ഡിവിഷന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള കെ.ഇ.ആർ.എെ. കോളനിയിലെ പീച്ചി സ്ക്കീമിനുവേ≠ി യഥാർ∞ നിർമ്മാതാവിൽനിന്നോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത വ്യാപാരി യിൽനിന്നോ പ്രമുഖ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നോ പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്ര വച്ച കവറിൽ ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ പകർപ്പുകൾ സഹിതം ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ആവശ്യമുള്ള സാമഗ്രികൾ—40 HP HSC ലിഫ്റ്റ് പമ്പു സെറ്റ്, സ്റ്റാർ ഡെൽറ്റാ സ്റ്റാർട്ടർ, 1 HP വാക്വം പമ്പ്സെറ്റ്.
എണ്ണം—ഒന്ന് വീതം.
നിരതദ്രവ്യം—ഉദ്ധരിച്ച തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം.

സെസ്സ് (മൊത്തം ` 520).

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസും തീയതിയും സമയവും—എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാ ലയം, ഇറിഗേഷൻ ഡിവിഷൻ, തൃശ്ശൂർ, പിൻ-680 020, ഫോൺ : 0487-2332486 നിന്നും 10-2-2011 മുതൽ 21-2-2011 വരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം ` 100 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക സമ്മതപത്രവും ഉദ്ധരിച്ച തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനത്തിന് തുല്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ജലസേചന ഡിവിഷൻ, തൃശ്ശൂർ എന്ന പേർക്ക് ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യണം. പ്രാഥമിക കരാറോ ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യമോ ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രാഥമിക കരാ റിന്റെ മാതൃക ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ലഭ്യമാണ്. തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാ ണ ങ്ങ ൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസിന്റെ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട വിലയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ ` 50 (തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല) മണിയോർഡറായി മേൽപ്പടി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീ യർക്ക് മുൻകൂറായി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കേ≠താണ്. തപാൽ മുഖാന്തിരം ഉ≠ാകുന്ന താമസത്തിന് വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയല്ല.
അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ` 135 ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനുംവേ≠ി അയച്ചുകൊടുത്താൽ കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കരാറുകാർക്ക് മുദ്രപത്രം അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. (ഇതിൽ ` 100 മുദ്രപത്രത്തിന്റെ വിലയും ` 35 ഇൻസിഡെന്റൽ ചാർ÷ുമാകുന്നു). കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ തൃശ്ശൂരിലെ ജലസേചന വിഭാഗം എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാ ലയത്തിൽനിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
ജലസേചന വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്. ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ ഒരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ഈ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
