Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Sensor with Cable of Automatic Tide Gauge by Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram-1 for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala.
Tender No.— B1-778/2010/HSW.
Description—Supply of 20m. Sensor with cable of Automatic Tide Gauge
Quantity—One.
PAC—` 25,000.
Cost of tender form:
Original— ` 300 + VAT (4%).
Duplicate— ` 150 + VAT (4%).
EMD—1% of the quoted rate.
Last date and time of receipt of tender—28-2-2011 up to 1 p. m.
Details are available in the office on all working days and along with the tender form.
The item should be guaranteed for one year from the date of supply. A security deposit of 5% shall be retained with Government for one year and the entire maintenance shall be attended by the accepted tenderers free of cost during the above period.
The item should be delivered within 15 days after receiving the order at the place specified by the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram.
The contractor should enclose documents with full details pertaining to the supply of the same to any Government/Semi-Government Organization/Pubic Sector undertakings along with the tender form.
Tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the Supply of 20 m. Sensor with Cable of Automatic Tide Gauge" with the No. and date and must be addressed to the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvanathapuram-695 001, so as to reach on or before 28-2-2011 before 1 p. m.
Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their representatives who are present at that time.
The tenderer should submit Earnest Money Deposit as per rule along with the tender in the form of a crossed DD in favour of the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form on application to the undersigned. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a Cash remittance of the cost of the tender form (DD/Cheques not acceptable). Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 noon on 28-2-2011. The tender forms are not transferable. Those who want to get the tender form by post should also enclose a self-addressed envelop bearing Postage Stamp of ` 25 well in advance.
The tenderers should enclose a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and the required EMD for each tender. The tender without preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected outright. The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely with the Government, who reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received without assigning any reason thereof. All other conditions prevailing in Government Department are binding to this tender also.
കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഹൈഡ്രോ ഗ്രാഫിക് സർവ്വേ വിഭാഗം ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർ അദ്ദേഹ ത്തിന്റെ ആഫീസിൽ 28-2-2011-ാം തീയതി 1 മണിവരെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്ര വച്ച കവറുകളിൽ മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നി›ിത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര്—ആട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ടൈഡ് ഗേജിന്റെ 20 മീ. സെൻസറും കേബിളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യൽ.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 25,000.
നിരതദ്രവ്യം—ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 1%.
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില:
അസ്സൽ— `300 + മൂ.വ.നി. @ 4%.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ കാലാവധി—പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി ക്കഴിഞ്ഞ് 15 ദിവസം.
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അടച്ചിരിക്കണം. ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫ റുടെ പേർക്കുള്ളതും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മാറാവുന്നതുമായ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി നിരതദ്രവ്യം ` 100 മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക കരാറും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യവും കരാറും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആറുമാസത്തേക്ക് ടെ≠ർ ഓഫർ സ്ഥിരമാ യിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് തമ്പാനൂരുള്ള ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ ആഫീസിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതും 28-2-2011-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണി വരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിലും ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി (ഡി.ഡി.,, ചെക്ക് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല. അടച്ച് (മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല) രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാവുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവ ശ്യമുള്ളവർ സ്വന്തം വിലാസം എഴുതിയതും ` 25-ന്റെ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ചതുമായ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ ≠താണ്.
കരാറുകാരൻ ഇതേ ഉപകരണം ഏതെങ്കിലും സർക്കാർ/ അർദ്ധ സർക്കാർ/പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടു ≠െങ്കിൽ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ടെ≠ർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ലഭിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ മേൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു വർഷം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം നൽകേ≠ താണ്. കൂടാതെ ടെ≠ർ തുകയുടെ 5% ജാമ്യ നിക്ഷേപമായി നൽകേ≠തും ഉത്തരവാദപ്പെട്ട കാലഘട്ടത്തിലു≠ാകുന്ന അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണികൾ സൗജന്യമായി തീർത്ത് തരേ≠തുമാണ്.
ദർഘാസിന്റെ അംഗീകാരം സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കുന്നതും ഏത് ദർഘാസും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന തിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ആൾക്ക് പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉള്ളതുമായിരിക്കും. ഈ വകുപ്പിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.
