TENDER NOTICE
No. C1-3172/2009.

Competitive tenders in sealed cover superscribing "Disposal of the vessel S. P. Barge Valapattanam" on as and where condition are invited for and on behalf of Governor of Kerala by the undersigned from reputed firms, so as to reach the undersigned on or before 2 p. m. on 17-3-2011. Tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers who are present at that time.
EMD —` 35,400
Cost of tender form (including Tax) :
Original—` 2,300
Duplicate—` 1,200
The tender forms and other particulars can be had from the Port Office, Neendakara, Asramam, Kollam-2 during office hours from 1-3-2011 to 16-3-2011 on application in writing and on payment of the value of the documents (non refundable) by cash. Tender documents will not be sent by post. Cheques will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The EMD should be submitted by Demand Draft in favour of "Port Officer, Neendakara" payable at Kollam.Tender documents are not transferable. The barge is lying at the KSINC Yard at Thoppumpady, Kochi and may be inspected. The number of days required by the tenderer to dispose the vessel S. P. B. Valapattanam should be indicated separately. The successful tenderer should execute an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 in the prescribed form.

of the tenders received without assigning any reason thereof.
This is subject to all other standing tender condition of the

കൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 17-3-2011-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി "പോർട്ട് ഓഫീസർ, നീ≠കര, ആശ്രാമം, കൊല്ലം" എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ
അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ
സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

കൊല്ലം, ആശ്രാമം, പോർട്ട് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ആയതിലേക്കുള്ള
വില രൊക്കം പണമായി നൽകി അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന
താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ബാർ÷് ക≠ം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് എടുക്കുന്ന ദിവസം
എത്രയെന്ന് ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം പ്രത്യേകം കാണിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠
താണ്. വിജയപ്രദമായ ദർഘാസുകാരൻ ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് വയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
ഏതൊരു ദർഘാസും കാരണം കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കു
വാനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം പോർട്ട് ഓഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത
മാണ്. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധമായി കേരള സംസ്ഥാന തുറമുഖ
വകുപ്പിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും
ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
