Whereas, Branch Manager, New India Assurance Company Ltd., Divisional Office No. 1, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this court an amount of ` 5,34,599 (` Five lakh thirty four thousand five hundred and ninety nine only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Jose Varghese who met with a fatal accident on 10-10-2006 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Ranny. It is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other I person claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
