No. WCA-393/2011. 3rd October 2011.

Whereas The K.S.E.B., Electrical Division, Nedumangad has deposited with this court an amount of ` 6,70,160 (Rupees Six lakhs seventy thousand one hundred and sixty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Shanmukhan who met with a fatal accident on 3-7- 2010 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangad. It is understood that the following persons is the dependent of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.

(മകൾ) (4) കുമാരി രേവതി (മകൾ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളൂ വെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിത രാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചി ല്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരതുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെ പരിഗണിക്കു ന്നതല്ല.

Whereas the Manager, H. D. F. C., Chubb General Insurance Company Limited, Mumbai-400 021 has deposited with this court a sum of ` 3,68,209 (Rupees three lakhs sixty eight thousand two hundred and nine only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Adarsh who met with a fatal accident while employed as driver in the vehicle owned by Sri Arun, S., Charuvila Thekkathil, Punthalathazham, Vadakkevila, Kollam and whereas it is reported that

1. Sri Soman Pillai (Father), Kunju Veedu, Punthalathazham, Kilikolloor, Kollam-4.

2. Smt. Radhamma (Mother) do.

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered. കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ വടക്കേവിള പുന്തലത്താഴത്തു ചരുവിള തെക്കതിൽ അരുൺ, എസ്. എന്നയാളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥത യിലുള്ള വാഹനത്തിൽ ഡ്രൈവറായി ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ആദർശിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 3,68,209 (മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തി അറുപത്തെട്ടായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ്റിയൊൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി

എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി/ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജിയിൽ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതും ആകുന്നു.
