TENDER NOTICE

No. EE(2)1942/2011. 18th October 2011.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited by the undersigned on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from the Authorized Dealers/Manufacturers for the supply of following farm machineries to various districts of Northern Region. The last date for the receipt of tender will be on 7-12-2011, 1 p.m. and will be opened in the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present. If the tender date is happened to be a holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day at the same time and condition. The details of the machineries are as follows:

EMD—1% of the quoted amount.

Cost of tender form—` 3,200 + VAT for Sl. No. 1, ` 3,000 + VAT for Sl. No. 2, ` 2,700 + VAT for Sl. No. 3 and ` 400 + VAT for Sl. No. 4.

Period of completion—2 months.

The detailed specifications of the machineries will be given along with the tender forms. The suppliers should quote for the items separately and in separate cover. The supply should be made to the Agricultural Engineering Offices of Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Thrissur and Palakkad districts as per the directions from the Executive Engineer (Agri.), Kozhikode.

The tender documents can be obtained on payment in Cash/M. O., with requisition. The tender documents should not be exchanged. The cost of tender documents will not be reimbursed. The EMD should be submitted by way of DD taken in favour of the Executive Engineer (Agri.), Kozhikode payable at Kozhikode. Preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 in the prescribed format, also be enclosed along 4 Power Weeder—3 row 1 with the tender. All rules in force in respect of Government tenders are applicable to this tender also. The right for acceptance or rejection of the tender without assigning any reason is solely vested with the undersigned.

എഞ്ചിനീയർ (കൃഷി), കോഴിക്കോട്, റീജിയണൽ ഓഫീസ്, പുതിയറ എന്ന പേരിൽ അടച്ച നി›ിത തുകയുടെ ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്/ഏണസ്റ്റ് മണി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം ` 100 മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക കരാറുടമ്പടി കൂടി സമർപ്പിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെ≠ർ തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയിൽ പൊതു അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസത്തേക്ക് മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി കോഴിക്കോട് കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന കാർഷിക യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ ഉത്തരമേഖലയിലെ കാസർഗോഡ്/കണ്ണൂർ/വയനാട്/ കോഴിക്കോട്/മലപ്പുറം/പാലക്കാട്/തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലകളിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ഓഫീസുകളിലേക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി നി›ിത യോഗ്യതയുള്ള മെഷിനറി നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ/അംഗീകൃത ഡീലർമാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്ന് മത്സര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
