SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. A8-381/PG/UGC/11. 24th October 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments to Botony/Chemistry, Physics and Zoology Departments in University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011-12. Face Value is ` 9,60,000.
The envelops containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the Supply of Lab Equipments" and addressed to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this College on or before 30-11-2011, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 30-11-2011 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till 30-11-2011. The cost of the tender form is ` 789 including VAT + Cess. The tender form can be had by post by sending money order for ` 840.
The cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 451 (` four hundred and fifty one only) including VAT + Cess. It will be issued only to those who have purchased the original tender form. The original and duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by sending money order for ` 1,290.
The cost of tender form paid will not be refunded. The tender form once purchased, is not to be exchanged.
Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be send by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജിൽ 2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ ബോട്ടണി, കെമിസ്ട്രി, ഫിസിക്സ്, സുവോളജി ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. മുഖവില ` 9,60,000.
ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ,് ത ി ര ു വ ന ന്ത പ ു ര ം എ ന്ന വ ി ല ാ സ ത്ത ി ൽ 3 0 - 1 1 - 2 0 1 1 - ന ് 2 മണിയ്ക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിന് മുകളിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപ കരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും, ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യത്തിന്റെ നമ്പരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. അന്നേ ദിവസം 2 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിയ്ക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 30-11-2011 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മുതൽ 2 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 789 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡ്യൂപ്ളിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 451 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കുമാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒറിജിനലിനുമാത്രം ` 840, ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 1,290-ം അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കുറവായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടു ള്ളതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1% (മിനിമം നൂറു രൂപയിൽ കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക EMD ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. EMD തുക DD ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ മൊത്തമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്കുകൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താവുന്നതാണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ടി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണമേ∑ കൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഭാഗികമായോ മൊത്തമായോ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 20 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കുകൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും സെസ്സും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.
ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഒരിക്കലും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതും അപ്രകാരം തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയ്സിന്റെ മൂന്നു പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് ` 100 മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേഴ്സ് മാനുവൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാരമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മതപത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡി.ഡി. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ, കേരള സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേഴ്സ് മാനുവലിലെ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the Laboratory Equipments and Chemicals to SNGS College, Pattambi for the following Departments for the year 2011- 12 under Plan Fund.
Department of Chemistry —` 2,80,000.
Department of Zoology —` 1,00,000.
Department of Botany —` 2,00,000.
Department of Physics —` 50,000.
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Furniture, Library and Lab equipments under the Head of Account 2202-03-800-76 Plan for the year 2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, SNGS College, Pattambi, P. O. Mele Pattambi, Pin-679 306. Last date and time of receipt of tender is 11 a. m. on 21-11- 2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 11.30 a. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, SNGS College, Pattambi, P.O. Mele Pattambi, Pin-679 306 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 728. (700 + VAT) which is the price fixed for form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstance. ` 50 extra for sending forms by post. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 10 a.m. on 21-11-2011. Cheque/DD/Postage Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor the form will be sent by VPP. Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Cooler (Hot & Cool Direct line Connection with Purification Filter 220W Single Phase 2 Nos.) for ` 65,000 to the Government College, Malappuram during 2011-12 under Plan Scheme. The envelop containing the tender should be superscribed "Re-tender for the supply of Water Cooler under Plan Scheme during 2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Munduparamba P. O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin-676 509. The last date of receipt of tender is 2 p. m. on 30-11-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted at any account. The tenders will be opened at 2.30 p. m. on the same day. The intending tenderers may make an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender form, in which tender should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will be accepted.
Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416 (including VAT). Rate of duplicate tender form is ` 208 which is price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. മലപ്പുറം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2011-12 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ` 1,50,000-ന്് സ്പോർട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ സ്പോർട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ്, പി. ഒ. മു≠ുപറമ്പ്, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല, കേരളം, പിൻ കോഡ്-676 509 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 30-11-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദി വസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതു മാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് മേൽ കാണിച്ച വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 416 (മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 208. പ്രസ്തുത സംഖ്യ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 30-11-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ വി. പി. പി. ആയും അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ` 453 മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയുടെ കൂടെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 100 കൂടി അധികമായി അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം കോളേജിൽ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിന്റെയും വിലനിരക്കും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും മറ്റ് ഉപാധികളും പ്രത്യേകമായി കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. വില നിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2012 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എസ്. ബി. റ്റി. മലപ്പുറം സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ നിന്ന് മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഏറ്റവും ചുരുങ്ങിയ നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തുക ` 30 ആണ്. മതിയായ നിരത ദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ച് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab equipments & Electronic equipments for the Department of Physics of Government College, Madappally under the "Postgraduate Development Assistance Scheme" of UGC during XI Plan. Tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Lab and Electronic equipments under UGC Scheme" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Madappally, Madappally College P. O., Pin-673 102. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders received will be opened at 11 a. m. on 6-12-2011 in the presence of such tenderers or authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 728 which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p. m. on 5-12-2011. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. The tender should be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the college office on payment of ` 728 either in person or by sending Money Order. The cost of duplicate tender form is ` 416.
2. Total cost of the articles tendered for should be worked out and recorded in the list of articles. Every tenderer who has not registered with the State Government Store Purchase Department should also remit 1% of the total cost of articles tendered for should be remitted towards E.M.D. The EMD can be paid by way of TDR/FDR.
3. The articles should be supplied to the college at the expense of the supplier.
4. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Otherwise rate of taxes charged upon each item should be quoted against the prices of each item.
5. The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and deposit 5% value of the contract as security deposit.
6. The Principal reserves the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason.
