Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 2 Nos. of Kjeldahl Nitrogen and Protein Estimation Unit (Imported) for the use of Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ernakulam and Kozhikode for supply of the above places.
The tender should be superscribed ''Tender No. 1/2011-12/GAL for Kjeldahl Nitrogen and Protein Estimation Unit (Imported) and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst, Government Analyst's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram-37 . So as to reach the Chife Government Analyst on or before 4 p. m. on 2-12-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 3-12-2011 the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may sent an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance or Money Order on ` 7,650 (including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms. This is not transferred. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 1-12-2011. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms not will be sent by V. P. P. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Late tenders will not be accepted. Tender number and item for the supply should be superscribed in the envelop. Tender should be addressed to the Director, State Public Health and Clinical Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram-35. Received tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at that time. Intending tenderers may submit written application to the Director, State Public Health and Clinical Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram-35 to obtain the tender forms. Tender forms should accompanied by a cash remittance which is the price fixed for a form and is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Bank Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. It will be sent to the firms by registered post, if payments is made by Money Order inclusive of postal charges of ` 25 (Rupees Twentyfive only) for each form. Money Order will be accepted, it if received within five working days prior to the date of submission of tenders. Duplicate tender forms will be issued to those who have purchased original tender forms, if required, SSI Units have to pay 1/4th of the original for the purchase of tender forms. Specification of the items will be available from the office notice board. Tender should be accompanied by an agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 (Rupees One hundred only) and Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total items tendered. The rate offered should be inclusive of all taxes. Further details can be available from the Office of the Director, State Public Health and Clinical Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram-35 during working hours. The undersigned has the right to accept or reject any one of the tenders without assigning any reason.
