I do hereby certify in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 7 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (Act 21 of 1969) that the Kottarakkara Taluk Residence Welfare Co-operative Society Ltd. Q 1505 in Kottarakkara Taluk, Kollam District is registered by me today as a Co-operative Society, under the said Act on the basis of limited liability and that the bye-laws of the aforesaid society are also hereby registered under the said Section.

സൂചന:—(1) ഈ ആഫീസിലെ 26-3-2009-ലെ 2008/09/എ.ഇ.എൽ. നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ്.
(2) സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററുടെ 314/09/എം. നമ്പരായുള്ള 10-8-2011-ലെ നടപടിക്രമം.
ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ സി 1142 ആയി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത അടുത്തില സഹകരണ കൺസ്യൂമർ സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമായ തിനാൽ കേരള സഹകരണനിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 (1) (ബി) പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരണത്തിന് സൂചന (1) വഴി ഉത്തരവിടുകയും കണ്ണൂർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) കാര്യാലയത്തിലെ മാടായി യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് ല്വിക്വിഡേറ്റർ 3-4-2009-ന് ചാർ÷െടുക്കുകയും സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
മേൽ സൂചന (2) നടപടിക്രമം വഴി സംഘത്തിന്റെ സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 73 പ്രകാരം പൂർത്തിയായതായും കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 74 പ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ അപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ കാലയളവിലെ കണക്കുകൾ ഈ ആഫീസിലെ എഇഎൽ ഓഡിറ്റർ പരിശോധിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
സംഘത്തിൽ നിലവിൽ ആസ്തിബാദ്ധ്യതകൾ ഒന്നുംതന്നെ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നില്ല.
മേൽ വസ്തുതകളുടെ വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 74 പ്രകാരം എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായ അധികാരമുപയോഗിച്ച് നമ്പർ സി. 1142 ആയി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത അടുത്തില സഹകരണ കൺസ്യൂമർ സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്തുകൊ≠് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സംഘത്തിന്റെ സകല രേഖകളും റിക്കാർഡുകളും കേരള സഹകരണനിയമം ചട്ടം 70 അനുശാസിക്കുംവിധം 3 വർഷക്കാലം സുരക്ഷിതമായി സൂക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ടി കാലാവധിക്കുശേഷം ഈ ആഫീസിന്റെ അനുമതിക്കുവിധേയമായി ആയവ നശിപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Ref:—Proceedings No. 2008/09/AEL dated 26-3-2006 of the Joint Registrar (General), Kannur.
As per the reference cited, the Aduthila Sahakarana Consumer Store Ltd. No. C 1142 have been ordered to be wound up and the Unit Inspector, Madai has been appointed as Liquidator. The Liquidator took charge on 3-4-2009 and no books and records of the society was not received. And also the Balance sheet of the Society cannot prepare as on the date of taking charge of the Liquidator.
Statutory notice inviting claims against the society was published on 19-9-2009 and no claims was received.
The Liquidator collected all realizable assets and made payments of dischargeble liabilities.

But nobody were present at the general body meeting.
The liquidation charges have been remitted as per rules. The liquidation accounts have been audited by AEL Auditor, Office of the Joint Registrar (General), Kannur. Under these circumstances, the following order is issued.
ORDER
The affairs of the Adhuthila Sahakarana Consumer Store Ltd. No. C 1142 is hereby finally wound up under section 73 (3) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act of 1969 and the registration is recommended for cancellation under section 74 of the said Act.
