TENDER NOTICE
No. TA(1)4707/2011. 18th October 2011.
Sealed tenders are hereby invited by the undersigned on behalf of the Governor of Kerala for the supply of UV Visible Spectro Photo Meter, equipments and chemicals for the use of State Agmark Grading Lab, Idukki for the year 2011-12.
Tenders shall be superscribed as tender for the supply of UV Visible Spectrophotometer equipments, chemicals for the year 2011-12. The tenders should be addressed to the Principal, Agricultural Officer, Idukki, Mini Civil Station, Thodupuzha, Pin-685 584. The tender notice number and address of the tender has to be written in the tender cover. The tender form will be supplied from the O/o Principal Agricultural Officer, Idukki, Thodupuzha from 2011 October 24 to 2011 November 30 till 12 a. m. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes. The tender should reach in the office on or before 30-11-2011 at 1 p.m. and the same will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 30-11-2011 by the Principal Agricultural Officer, Mini Civil Station, Thodupuzha or any other officer, who is authorized to do so in the presence of tenderers at the time of opening of the tender. If the day happens to be holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
An agreement has to be executed on a stamp paper worth ` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) by the tenderer quoting the lowest rate. Demand Draft worth ` 6,500 (Rupees six thousand five hundred only) as EMD in the name of Principal Agricultural Officer, Idukki drawn at SBT, Thodupuzha branch has to be enclosed along with the tender. The cost of tender form is ` 400 + 12% VAT and 1% cess. The tender quoting the lowest rate will be approved in anticipation sanction from the Director of Agriculture and the tenderer should supply the items within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order and has to be supplied at the SAGL, Idukki situated at the District Agricultural Farm, Arikuzha, Thodupuzha at your own cost. Tender without EMD and agreement will not be considered.
In case, the tenderer quoting the lowest rate fails to fulfill the agreement or fails to supply the articles, the purchasing officer has the right to purchase the articles by means of another tender/quotation/negotiation with the next higher tender. The loss caused to the Government if any will be recovered for the defaulting tenderer.
The undersigned has every right to accept/reject the tender without any reason thereof. All other conditions as per the store purchase rule will be applicable in this case also.
കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലാ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസർ, തൊടുപുഴ, അരിക്കുഴയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലാ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് അ‹ാർക്ക് ലാബിലേക്ക് ഇതോടൊപ്പമുള്ള ലിസ്റ്റിൽ പറയുന്ന U.V. Visible Spectrophotometer, കെമിക്കൽസ്, ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് അംഗീ കൃത ഡീലർമാരിൽ നിന്നും മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ 2011 നവംബർ 30-ാം തീയതി ബുധനാഴ്ച ഉച്ചക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും, U.V. Visible Spectrophotometer, ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ, കെമിക്കലുകൾ എന്നിവ സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. സീൽ ചെയ്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസർ, ഇടുക്കി, മിനി സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ, തൊടുപുഴ, പിൻ-685 584 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ടെ≠റുകാരന്റെ പേര്, മേൽവിലാസം എന്നിവ വ്യ‡മാക്കിയിരിക്കണം. ഇപ്രകാരം ലഭിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2.30-ന് ഹാജരുള്ള ടെ≠ർമാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാ യിരിക്കും. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന ടെൻഡർ കൃഷി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിനു വിധേയമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും സπൈ ഓർഡർ നൽകുന്നതുമാണ്.
നിരതദ്രവ്യം—` 6,500. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില—` 400 + 12% വാറ്റ് + 1% സെസ്.
ഉപകരണ/സാമഗ്രികൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠ തീയതി—സπൈ ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് 7 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറവും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും തൊടുപുഴ മിനി സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 2011 ഒക്ടോബർ 24-ാം തീയതി മുതൽ നവംബർ 30-ാം തീയതി വരെ എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഇടുക്കി ജില്ല പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസർക്ക് എസ്.ബി.ടി., തൊടുപുഴ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിനോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക സമ്മ തപത്രം നൽകേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ മുഴുവനും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ തന്നെ നിരസിക്കുവാനുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ.് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസിൽ കാണിക്കുന്ന വില എല്ലാവിധ നികുതികൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ കാണിക്കേ≠തും ഉപകരണങ്ങളും മറ്റു സാധന സാമഗ്രികളും അരിക്കുഴയിലുള്ള ലാബിൽ സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠തു മാണ്. ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ലാബിൽ എത്തിച്ച് ഗുണനിലവാരം പരിശോധിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ ഉപകരണത്തിന്റെ വില നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. സർക്കാർ ടെ≠റുകൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധ നകളും ഈ ടെ≠റിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

പേരാമ്പ്ര സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സീഡ് ഫാമിൽ 2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ ഫാമിലെ വിവിധ കൃഷിക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ഉണക്കിപ്പൊടിച്ച ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ളതും കലർപ്പില്ലാത്തതുമായ ഏകദേശം 75 ടൺ ചാണകപ്പൊടി ഇറക്കിത്തരുന്നതിന് ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
