Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab equipments to the department of IMB and Chemistry of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011-12. The tender cost is ` 2,50,000. The list of required specifications/equipments will be supplied along with the tender form.
The tender should be submitted as Tender No. A6/3254/2011/GCW. dated 29-10-2011 for the supply of of Lab equipments to the departments of IMB and Chemistry and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 28-11-2011 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above would be opened on 28-11-2011 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.
The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the College office between 10 a. m. and 1 p. m. on all working days on payment of ` 500 + VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 250 + VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamp of worth ` 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Cheque/Postage Stamp/Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor the forms be sent by VPP. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately ` 100 being the cost of Stamp Paper and ` 30 towards postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.
N. B:—The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.

ടെ≠റുകൾ 28-11-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 500+ വാറ്റുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab equipments to the Departments of Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Zoology and Botony Departments of Government College, Kariavattom for the year 2011-12.
Estimate Cost —` 1,86,000.
Sealed tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Lab equipments for the year 2011-12" and should be addressed to the Principal, Government College, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 581 and should reach the office on or before 2-12-2011, 2 p. m. Tenders received in time will be opened on the very same day at 3 p. m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
List of items to be supplied will be specified along with the tender forms. More details can be obtained from the office on all working days. Tender forms will be issued on all working days from 10 a. m. to 1 p.m. till 2-12-2011 at the cost of ` 400 (+ 4% VAT). Duplicate tenders will be issued on payment of ` 200 (+ 4% VAT). Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent Money Order for cost of tender form and VAT 4% along with self addressed cover affixed with sufficient stamps. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P.
The rates quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2012. All the tenderers should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 while submitting tender form (Vide Page No. 6th of the tender form). The Earnest Money Deposit is required @ 1% of the total cost (` 1,860) and should be accompanied by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kariavattom or Fixed Deposit Receipts. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD/Security Deposit should enclose a copy of the latest certificate of Registration issued by Government of Kerala, Store Purchase Department. Otherwise the tender will be summarisely rejected. The right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof is vested with the undersigned.

Sealed Competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory equipments and Science materials for ` 3,53,540 for the Laboratories of B. J. M. Government College, Chavara during the year 2011-12 under the head of account "2202-03-10376-Furniture, Library and Lab equipments-34-other Charges (plan)".
The tender forms and the list of materials can be had from the College Office on payment of ` 800 for original and ` 400 for duplicate. 4% VAT and 1% Cess also may be remitted additionally. Those who wish to get tender forms by registered post, should forward a self addressed envelope 30×15 cm. in size and stamped for ` 55 along with the request and cost of tender forms by Money Order (no other mode of payment is acceptable). The cost of tender form is not refundable in any circumstances and the tender forms are not transferable.
All the tenderer's should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 (Vide Page No. 6 of the tender form). The Earnest Mony Deposit required is ` 1% of the total cost of the materials quoted in the tenders and should be remitted by Demand Draft or fixed deposit.
The cover containing tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Science Materials (plan) 2011-12" and should be addressed to the Principal, B. J. M. Government College, Chavara, Kollam, Pin-691 583. The last date and time for receipt of tenders is at 3 p. m. on 30-11-2011 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on on the same date in the presence of the tenderer's or their authorized representatives. Late tenders will not be accepted. The principal reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

ചവറ ബേബി ജോൺ മെമ്മോറിയൽ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലെ ലബോറട്ടറി സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് 2011-12-ലെ പദ്ധതി വിഹിതത്തിൽ നിന്നും ` 3,53,540-ന്റെ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Purifier Cum Cooler under UGC Scheme Enhancement of initiative for capacity building in colleges for a total Amount of ` 68,045 to Government Brennen College, Thalassery-6.
The tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 35/2011 for the supply of Water Purifier Cum Cooler- UGC Scheme" and addressed to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sales of tender form will be closed on 30-11-2011, 2.30 p. m. The last date for receipt of tender is 30-11-2011 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 30-11-2011 at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted.
