RE-TENDER NOTICE
No. S1-6658/11/AVC.
2nd November 2011.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Refrigerator-240 litres—2 (two) to the Hostels of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram.
Estimate Cost is ` 34,000.
Tenders should be superscribed "Purchase of Refrigerator" addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 6-12-2011. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day 6-12-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of ` 312 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable.
Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 6-12-2011.
Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 156 per copy.
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. The rate quoted shall remain firm for one year from the date of acceptance of the tender. The Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ഹോസ്റ്റലുകളിലേയ്ക്ക് റഫ്രിജറേറ്റർ-240 ലിറ്റർ—2 എണ്ണം വിത രണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 34,000.
ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽ വിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 6-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി വരെ സമർപ്പി ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 6-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ച് നൽകുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു വർഷം വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിനുള്ളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില `312. (ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില `156).
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1% (ഒരു ശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
ഏതൊരു ടെ≠റും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദകോ ളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed tenders are invited for the 'Supply of Lab Equipments & Chemicals' to various Departments of Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram for the year 2011-12.
Tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the Supply of Lab Equipments to Government Ayurveda College, Kannur for 2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram.
The last date of receipt of sealed tender in this Office is 9-12-2011 at 3 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 9-12-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or the authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,000+4% VAT, Total ` 1,040 postal charge of ` 50 should be added if the forms are needed by post. The price fixed for a form/set of forms is not refundable at any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be started at 10 a.m. on 1-11-2011 and will be closed at 3 p.m. on 30-11-2011. The Demand Drafts, Postal Orders, Cheques etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by VPP. Money Order for the forms should be addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram with all details of the firm in the Money Order. Postal Charges `50 should be added if the forms needed by post. Further details if any can be had from the College Office during office hours.
കണ്ണൂർ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിൽ 2011-12 വർഷത്തേയ്ക്ക് വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റുകളിൽ ആവശ്യമായ കെമിക്കൽസും ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ്, കണ്ണൂർ, പരിയാരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. ദർഘാസ് കവറിനുപുറത്ത് ലാബുപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കൽസും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി രിക്കണം. 9-12-2011 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് ദർഘാസ് ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. വൈകികിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

വില നി›ിതവും ഒരിക്കലും തിരിച്ച് നൽകാത്തതുമാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് മറ്റൊരാളുടെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റാവുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ്
