Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Raw materials for making kitchen vessels in all Jail Institutions.
The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Addl. Director General of Police (Prisons), Prisons Headquarters, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram-12. The PAC of the tender will be ` 23,88,010.
Last date and time for receipts of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be at 3 p. m. on 1-12-2011 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at that time.
Addl. Director General of Police (Prisons) on working days during office hours.
Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance as detailed below:
Original—` 4,800 + 4% VAT
Duplicate—` 2,400 + 4% VAT
The cost of tender forms shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 30-11-2011.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 1-12-2011 3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധിക ളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 1-12-2011-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
