TENDER NOTICE

No. C3-10221/2011/MCK. 25th October 2011.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of following equipments to Medical College, Kottayam.

Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of ` 416 prescribed cost in cash or by money order till 5-12-2011 at 12.30 p. m. No other modes of remittances will be entertained. Those who require tender forms by post, a sum of ` 40 will be added towards postage charges. Money Order should reach this office at least 7 days prior to the closing date of tender sales. Cost of tender forms will not be refunded.

Further details can be obtained from this office during working hours. The under signed reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason.

കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലേക്ക് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണി ക്കുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ ` 416 അടച്ച് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 5-12-2011, 12.30 മണി വരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പത്ര ങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 40 അധികം മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. മണിയോർഡറുകൾ ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുൻപ് ലഭിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് പത്രത്തിന്റെ വില മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ സി3/10221/2011/എം. സി. കെ., സൈക്യാട്രി വിഭാഗത്തി ലേക്കുള്ള വിവിധ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടി "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ്, കോട്ടയം-8" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 5-12-2011, 1 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കു ന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണമോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ 5-12-2011, 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് പത്രത്തോടൊപ്പം ലഭ്യമാണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കു വാനുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. The duly signed tenders superscribed on the envelops as "Tender No. C3/10221/2011/MCK for the purchase of equipment for psychiatry under NMHP" addressed to "The Principal, Government Medical College Kottayam-8" should reach this office on or before 5-12-2011, 1 p. m. Tenders received late will not be entertained.
