TENDER/AUCTION NOTICE

No. B1/1746/11(D2/Auction/11). 2nd November 2011.

Sealed tenders are invited for auction of trees that have fallen down, likely to fall down and certain branches of trees that belongs to Government Polytechnic College, Kannur. The tenders should be sealed and write the "Tender No. B1/1746/2011 (D2/Auction/2011) auction of trees regarding" on the cover.

The value of the tender forms will not be accepted by any means. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 23-12-2011. Those who submit the tenders along with ` 600 as Earnest Money Deposit can participate in the auction to be conducted at 11 a.m. on 24-12-2011 just before the opening of the tender. The rates obtained through will be compared with the tender rates and the highest rates will be fixed. The bidder should pay 5% of the total amount as security deposit on that day itself.

ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിച്ചവർക്ക് ടെ≠ർ തുറക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് നടത്തുന്ന ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്ന താണ്. ലേല സംഖ്യയും ടെ≠റുകളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരി ക്കുന്ന സംഖ്യയും ഒത്തു നോക്കി ഉയർന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ/ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം ലേലത്തുകയുടെ 5% സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ ലേലത്തുക മുഴുവനും അടച്ച് ലേലത്തീയതി മുതൽ ര≠ാഴ്ചയ്ക്കകം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ സ്ഥാപനത്തിനോ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ വസ്തുവകകൾക്കോ യാതൊരുവിധ കേടുപാടുകളും വരുത്താതെ മരങ്ങൾ മുറിച്ചു മാറ്റി നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത സമയത്തിനകം നീക്കം ചെയ്യാത്തതുകൊ≠് സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് ഉ≠ാകാവുന്ന നഷ്ടം ലേലം കൊ≠യാളിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്ന മരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ നേരിട്ടുവന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും.
