Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer and Peripheral System to Various Departments in University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011. Face Value is ` 1,37,000.

The envelops containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the Supply of Computer and Peripheral System" and addressed to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this College on or before 8-12-2011, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 8-12-2011 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till 8-12-2011. The cost of the tender form is ` 457 including VAT + Cess. The tender forms can be had by post by sending Money Order for ` 520.

The cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 226 including VAT + Cess. It will be issued only to those who have purchased the original tender form. The original and duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by sending Money Order for ` 740.

The cost of tender form paid will not be refunded. The tender form once purchased, is not to be exchanged.

Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be send by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable.

ഡി.ഡി. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കിയിരി ക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ, കേരള സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേഴ്സ് മാനുവലിലെ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ,് തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 8-12-2011-ന് 2 മണിയ്ക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും, ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യത്തിന്റെ നമ്പരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. അന്നേദിവസം 2 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിയ്ക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 8-12-2011 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മുതൽ 2 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 457 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ), ഡ്യൂപ്ളിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 226 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കുമാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒറിജിനലിനുമാത്രം ` 520, ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആവശ്യ മുള്ളവർ ` 740 അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കുറവായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1% (മിനിമം നൂറു രൂപയിൽ കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക EMD ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. EMD തുക DD ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ മൊത്തമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്കുകൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താവുന്നതാണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ടി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണമേ∑കൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഭാഗികമായോ മൊത്തമായോ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 20 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കു കൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും സെസ്സും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഒരിക്കലും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതും അപ്രകാരം തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയ്സിന്റെ മൂന്നു പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് ` 100 മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേഴ്സ് മാനുവൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാരമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മതപത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള 1. Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments to the Departments of Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Zoology and Botany department of Government College, Kariavattom for the year 2011-2012.

Estimate Cost—` 1,86,000.

Sealed tender should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Lab Equipments for the year 2011-12." and should be addressed to the Principal, Government College, Kariavattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 581 and should reach the office on or before 2-12-2011, 2 p.m. Tenders received in time will be opened on the very same day at 3 p. m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

List of items to be supplied will be specified along with the tender forms. More details can be obtained from the office on all working days. Tender forms will be issued on all working days from 10 am to 1 pm till 2-12-2011 at the cost of ` 400 (+4% VAT). Duplicate tenders will be issued on payment of ` 200 (+4% VAT). Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent Money Order for cost of tender form and VAT 4% along with self addressed cover affixed with sufficient stamps. No other mode of payments is acceptable. Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P.

The rates quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2012. All the tenderers should be execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 while submitting tender form (Vide page No. 6th of the tender forms). The Earnest Money Deposit is required @ 1% of the total cost ` 1,860 and should be accompanied by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kariavattom or Fixed Deposit Receipts. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD/ Security Deposit should a enclose copy of the latest certificate of Registration issued by Government of Kerala Store Purchase Department. otherwise the tender will be summarisely rejected. The right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason there of is vested with the undersigned.

NB: The price quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.

The tenders should be superscribed as "A5/1620/2011- 12/GCC/Plan Supply of Computers, Laptop, Softwares and other equipments" addressed to the Principal, Govt. College, Chittur, Chittur College P. O., Palakkad-678 104 so as to reach in this office not later than 2 p. m. on 9-12-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Govt. College, Chittur, Chittur College P. O., Palakkad, Kerala-678 104 obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,560 (` 1,500 + 60 VAT) which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tenders forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on every day. Those who have wish to get tender forms by post have to sent ` 1,560 + 50 by Money Order. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postal Order etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The form will not be sent by VPP. Duplicate tender froms if required will be issued at ` 832 per copy and ` 50 per postage, total ` 882 only.

The tender should be accompanied with a written undertaking in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and EMD may be sent accordingly. The payment of the supply of equipments should be made only after the testing of concerned authorities.
