TENDER NOTICE

No. M3-15701/2011. 31st October 2011.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Coin Box for the use in Various Jail Institutions. The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons), Prisons Headquarters, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram-12. The PAC of the tender will be ` 1,68,000.

Last date and time for receipts of tender with 1% EMD will be 3 p. m. on 7-12-2011 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at that time.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted must be valid up to 31-3-2012.

Original—` 400 + 4% VAT.

Duplicate—` 200 + 4% VAT.

The cost of tender form should not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 6-12-2011.

Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Further details are available from Prisons Headquarters during office hours.

Application for tender forms should be accompanied മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിന് മുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് (പ്രിസൺസ്), ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥാനകാര്യാലയം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്. by cash remittance as detailed below:

ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% EMD സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 7-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 6-12-2011-ാം തീയതി 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെക്ക്/പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.

Sealed re-tenders are invited for the supply of Yarn for the Manufactory Unit of the Central Prison, Viyyur and Thiruvananthapuram. The tender should be superscribed with the number, name of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons), Prisons Headquarters, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram 12.

The PAC of the re-tender is ` 10,61,056.

The last date and time of sale of re-tender form will be 5 p. m. on 29-11-2011 and receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be at 3 p. m. on 30-11-2011 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
