ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 5-12-2011 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10. 30 മുതൽ 2 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോാറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 416-ം ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 208-ം ആകുന്നു. തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ` 50 അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി. സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
