NOTIFICATION

Ref:—Letter No. GS 5-907/2011 dated 30-9-2011 from the Joint Secretary to Governor.

Exercising the powers conferred upon under section 14 (2) (a) of the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Act, 1994, the Syndicate of the University at its meeting held on 17-3-2011 resolved to amend the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Statutes, 1997. The amendment was assented to by the Chancellor on 23-9-2011 as given hereunder. The procedure as laid down in section 40 of the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Act, 1994 was strictly followed in effecting the amendment. The amendment shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette and is hereby notified.

Amendment No. 5 to the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Statutes, 1997

The following amendment shall be made in the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Statutes, 1997:—

In the schedule "Non-Teaching Service" of the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Statutes, 1997, after Serial No. 9 (Page 64), the following in the second row of the table hereunder shall be inserted as Serial No. 9A under the corresponding entries in the said schedule as given therein the first row:—
