Sealed tenders are invited for the Establishment of Tissue Culture Laboratory for an amount of ` 1,00,000 in K.K.T.M. Government College, Pullut P. O., Thrissur District, Pin-680 663 under Plan Fund 2011-12.

Tender should be superscribed "Tender for the Establishment of Tissue Culture Laboratory in the College under Plan Fund 2011-12" and should be addressed to the Principal, K.K.T.M. Government College, Pullut P. O., Thrissur District, Kerala State, Pin-680 663. Last date for the receipt of tender will be at 2 p. m. on 12-12-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 12-12-2011 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

പുല്ലൂറ്റ് കെ.കെ.ടി.എം. ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിൽ ബോട്ടണി വകുപ്പിൽ ടിഷ്യൂകൾച്ചർ ലാബ് ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഏകദേശം ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ വർക്കിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് അടക്കംചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "πാൻ ഫ≠് 2011-12 പ്രകാരം ടിഷ്യൂകൾച്ചർ ലാബ് നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനായുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരി ക്കേ≠തും, പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, കെ.കെ.ടി.എം. ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ്, പുല്ലൂറ്റ് പി. ഒ., തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ല, പിൻ-680 663 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം 12-12-2011 പകൽ 2 മണിവരെ ആയിരിക്കും. മേൽ സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസു കാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വ്യ‡ികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം എല്ലാ ദിവസവും 2 മണിവരെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ത്. പ്രസ്തുത ഫോറത്തിന് ` 400 + 4% വാറ്റ് പ്രകാരം അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മണിയോർഡറായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമു≠െങ്കിൽ പകർപ്പ് ഒന്നിന് ` 200 + 4% വാറ്റ് പ്രകാരം അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 12-12-2011 പകൽ 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്ന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ആവശ്യ മായ തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച് മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

O., Thrissur District, Kerala State, Pin-680 663, to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 + 4% VAT which is the price fixed for a tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on everyday. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form or will not be sent by V.P.P. Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 noon on 12-12-2011.
