TENDER NOTICE

No. A6-3011/2011/GCW. 18th November 2011.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of sports articles to the Department of Physical Education of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011-12. The tender cost is ` 40,835. The list of required specifications/equipments will be supplied along with the tender form.

The tender should be submitted as Tender No. A6/3011/2011/GCW dated 18-11-2011 for the supply of sports articles to the Department of Physical Education and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 19-12-2011 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above would be opened on 19-12-2011 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the College Office between 10 a. m. and 1 p. m. on all working days on payment of ` 300 + VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 150 + VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing Postage Stamp of worth ` 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheques/Postage Stamps/Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately ` 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and ` 30 towards Postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.

N.B.:—The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.

ടെ≠റുകൾ 19-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 300 + വാറ്റുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണിമുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ വേ≠വർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും (` 50 സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പതിപ്പിച്ച കവർ സഹിതം) അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. മണിയോർഡർ ഫോമിൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേ≠വർ മേൽവിലാസം വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിനുവേ≠ി അയച്ച തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. VII/2011-12 for the supply of Water Purifier (Reverse- Osmosis + Ultraviolet) under Plan Fund and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam. Estimate cost is ` 90,000.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Equipments to Physical Education department of the college for ` 85,000 under "Maintenance of Play Grounds and Other Sports Facilities (Plan)" during 2011-12. The tenders should be superscribed as "Supply of Sports Equipments under Maintence of Play Grounds and other Sports Facilities (Plan) during 2011-12". And addressed to the Principal, PTM Government College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District, Pin-679 322, Kerala State. The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 8-12-2011 at 2 p. m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p. m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 7-12-2011 at 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, PTM Government College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District, Pin-679 322, Kerala State. Obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 towards the cost of forms Plus ` 50 towards VAT which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the form be sent by V.P.P. Those who are required tender forms by Registered Post, should sent of ` 482 by M.O. including cost of tender form and registered Postal charges.

Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1% of total cost of equipments to be quoted. Short/Term/Fixed Deposit receipt should not be accepted towards E.M.D. E.M.D. carry no interest. The rate, VAT and other charges should be quoted separately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses. The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents. Every tender should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with the tender.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice. The cash transactions in the Office are at 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. on all working days.

Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416 (Rupees for hundred and sixteen only) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p. m. on 16-1-2012. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The tender should be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the College Office on payment of ` 416 either in person or by sending Money Order. The cost of duplicate tender form is ` 208.

2. Total cost of the articles tendered for should be worked out and recorded in the list of articles. Every tenderer who has not registered with the State Government Store Purchase Department should remit 1% of the total cost of articles tendered for, towards EMD. The EMD can be paid by way of TDR/FDR.

3. The articles should be supplied to the college at the expense of the supplier.

4. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Otherwise rate of taxes charged up on each item should be quoted against the prices of each item.

5. The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and deposit 5% value of the contract as security deposit.

ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് "ടെ≠ർ ഫോർ സπൈ ആന്റ ് ഇൻസ്റ്റലേഷൻ ഓഫ് എയർക≠ീഷൻ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻ എെ.ടി. കോംπക്സ് അ≠ർ എം.പി. ലാഡ് സ്കീം 2009-10" എന്നെഴുതി "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഇ. കെ. നായനാർ മെമ്മോറിയൽ ഗവ. കോളേജ്, എളേരിത്തട്ട്, എളേരിത്തട്ട് പി. ഒ., കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ല, പിൻ-671 314 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 14-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 മണിവരെ ആണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-12-2011 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജന്റിന്റേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

സാധനം വിതരണം ചെയ്തുസ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഇ. കെ. നായനാർ മെമ്മോറിയൽ ഗവ. കോളേജ്, എളേരിത്തട്ട,് കാസറഗോഡ് " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 500-ഉം അതിന്റെ 4% വാറ്റും പണമായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ലഭിക്കുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ` 30 അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില തിരിച്ചുനൽകുന്നല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 14-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾക്ക് ` 300 + 4% വാറ്റ് അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ക്വാട്ടുചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 1% വരുന്ന സംഖ്യയ്ക്ക് ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി വയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റും വയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ദർഘാസും കാരണംകൂടാതെ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
