Competitive tenders in sealed envelops are invited for the supply of following items from reputed Manufacturers/Authorised Suppliers to the office of Wildlife Warden, Parambikulam.

Price of Tender Form — ` 400 + VAT 4%.

Address—Wildlife Warden,The tender form and other particulars and detailed specifications can be had from the office of the undersigned from 9-12-2011 to 13-12-2011 (upto 1 p.m.) on application in writing on payment of the value of the Tender form (not refundable) either in cash or by money order. The tender will opened by the undersinged at 4 p. m. on 13-12-2011 on the same day in the presence of tenderers or Authorised Officers who are present at that time. In the event of the day specified for tender receipt and opening being declared as holiday for the purchasers office, the next working day will be the day for submission of the tender and opening at the time prescribed. If the tender could not be held on 13-12-2011, it will be held on 15-12-2011. The successful tenderers will have to execute an agreement on Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with tender. The undersigned reserve the right to cancel the tenders in unavoidable circumstances without stating any reason thereof. The tender without agreement and EMD will be rejected. ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കു ന്നതാണ്. നി›ിത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെ≠ർ നടക്കാതിരുന്നാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തിദിവസം നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വീ≠ും ടെ≠ർ നടത്തുന്നതാ യിരിക്കും. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെ≠ർ 13-12-2011-ന് നടക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ 15-12-2011-ന് നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പുവച്ച ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപൂർണ്ണവും നി›ിത സമയത്ത് ലഭിക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

പറമ്പിക്കുളം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡന്റെ കാര്യാലയ ത്തിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന വസ്തുക്കൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാർ/അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന നിർമ്മാണക്കാരിൽനിന്നും മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള സീൽവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
