Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 3 Nos. of Crude Fibre Determination Apparatus (imported) for the use of Government Analyst Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram; Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ernakulam and Kozhikode for supply of the above places.
The tender should be superscribed ''Tender No. 2/2011-12/GAL for Crude Fibre Determination Apparatus (imported) and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst, Government Analyst's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram-37, so as to reach the Chief Government Analyst on or before 4 p. m. on 13-12-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 14-12-2011 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may sent an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance or Money Order of ` 5,063 (including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms. This is not transferred. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 12-12-2011. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms not will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate forms, if required will be issued at ` 2,588 per each.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Multiparameter Monitor with Capnograph to A. A. Rahim Memorial, District Hospital, Kollam.
The tender forms will be issued to genuine firms at their requests till 2 p. m. on 7-12-2011. The indenting tenderers or should remit ` 400+VAT to Treasury under the Head of Account 2210-80-800-88 (` 500 for duplicate copy) and usual sale tax under the Head of Account 0040- 102-99 and submit the Original chalan to the Hospital for issuing tender form. Sealed tenders are invited for supplying Dietary Articles (including bread) to Government Hospitals mentioned below for the period from 1-4-2012 to 31-3-2013 for the date directed by the Head of Institutions concerned.
The tender/quotation will be received upto 3 p. m. on 2-1-2012 tenders which received after the stipulated time will not be accepted. The tender/quotation which received within the stipulated time will be opened on 2-1-2012 at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives.
The tender forms and allied documents can be obtained from the Heads of concerned institutions from 29-11-2011 and upto 3 p. m. on 31-12-2011. The original chalan which remitted the cost of tender forms and Kerala Value Added Tax, Solvency Certificate and Possession Certificate which obtained on or before 4-9-2011 should be produced at the time of purchasing tender forms. The cost of tender form may be remitted in the Head of Account of 0210-Medical and Public Health- 80-General-800-other receipts-88-Miscellaneous (Remittance of the cost of tender form for dietary and non-dietary articles) and that of sales tax is 0040-Sales Tax-102- Receipts under Sales Tax Act-99 Tax collection. The amount remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Each tender must be accompanied by solvency certificate in original clearly indicate to which extend they are solvent, from the Tahsildar of the Taluk where they are reside along with their tenders as per Clause 18 (6) of General Conditions of Store Purchase Rules and an attested copy incorporating the encumbrance of any in the prescribed form obtained on or after 1-10-2011 from the competent revenue authorities, the same obtained from the Sub Registrar of the area concerned should be produced.
