RE-TENDER NOTICE

No. B1-730/2011/HSW. 3rd November 2011.

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Current Meter—2 Nos. by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala to Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram.

PAC—` 8 Lakh.

EMD—1% of the quoted rate.

Cost of tender form :

Original—` 1,600+VAT (4%). Duplicate—` 800+VAT (4%).

Detailed specification is available with the office on all working days and along with the tender form.

The equipment should be delivered within thirty days after receiving the order at the place specified by the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram.

The contractor should enclose documents with full details pertaining to the supply of the same to any Government/Semi-Government organizations/Public Sector Undertakings alongwith the tender form.

The special conditions pertaining to the tender are available with the tender documents. The technical and the financial bids are to be submitted separately and the processing of the tenders will be based on this.

The equipment should be guaranteed for one year from the date of supply. A security deposit of 5% shall be retained with Government for one year and the entire maintenance shall be attended by the accepted tenderer(s) free of cost during the above period. Tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Current Meter" with the No. and date and must be addressed to the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, so as to reach on or before 19-12-2011 before 1 p.m.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their representatives who are present at that time.

The tenderer should submit Earnest Money Deposit as per rule along with the tender in the form of a crossed DD in favour of the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form on application to the undersigned. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost of the tender form (DD/Cheques not acceptable). Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 noon on 19-12-2011. The tender forms are not transferable. Those who want to get the tender form by post should also enclose a self-addressed envelop bearing postage stamp of ` 25 well in advance.

The tenderers should enclose a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and the required EMD for each tender. The tender without preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected outright. The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely with the Government, who reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received without assigning any reason thereof. All other conditions prevailing in Government Department are binding to this tender also.

േ ക ര ള ഗ വ ർ ണ്ണ ർ ക്ക ു േ വ ≠ ി ത ി ര ു വ ന ന്ത പ ു ര ം ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫിക് സർവ്വേ വിഭാഗം, ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആഫീസിൽ 19-12-2011-ാം തീയതി 1 മണിവരെ ര≠് കറന്റ ് മീറ്റർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യന്നതിന് പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ മത്സര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. നി›ിത തീയതിക്കു ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 8 ലക്ഷം.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—ക്വാട്ടുചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 1%.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില:

അസൽ—` 1,600 + മൂ.വ.നി. @ 4%. പകർപ്പ്—` 800 + മൂ.വ.നി. @ 4%.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ കാലാവധി—പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടികഴിഞ്ഞ് 30 ദിവസം.

ആഫീസിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതും 19-12-2011-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി (ഡി.ഡി, ചെക്ക് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല). അടച്ച് (മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല) രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാവുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ സ്വന്തം വിലാസം എഴുതിയതും ` 25-ന്റെ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഓട്ടിച്ചതുമായ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കരാറുകാരൻ ഇതേ ഉപകരണം ഏതെങ്കിലും സർക്കാർ/ അ ർ ദ്ധ സ ർ ക്ക ാ ർ / െ പ ാ ത ു േ മ ഖ ല ാ സ്ഥ ാ പ ന ങ്ങ ൾ ക്ക ് നൽകിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ടെ≠ർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ലഭിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ മേൽ ഉപകരണത്തിന് ഒരു വർഷം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം നൽകേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ ടെ≠ർ തുകയുടെ 5% ജാമ്യ നിക്ഷേപമായി നൽകേ≠തും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വകാലഘട്ടത്തിലു≠ാകുന്ന അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണികൾ സൗജന്യമായി തീർത്തുതരേ≠തുമാണ്. മേൽ ഉപകരണം ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർ പറയുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസിന്റെ അംഗീകാരം സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾക്ക് വ ി േ ധ യ മ ാ യ ി ര ി ക്ക ു ന്ന ത ു ം ഏ ത ് ദ ർ ഘ ാ സ ു ം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ആൾക്ക് പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉള്ളതുമായിരിക്കും. ഈ വകുപ്പിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അടച്ചിരിക്കണം. ചീഫ് ഹെഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ പേർക്കുള്ളതും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മാറാവുന്നതുമായി ക്വാട്ടു ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി നിരതദ്രവ്യം ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക കരാറും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യവും കരാറും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആറ് മാസത്തേക്ക് ടെ≠ർ ഓഫർ സ്ഥിരമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് തമ്പാനൂരിലുള്ള ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ
