Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of following Diagnostic Kits for the use of Regional Disease Diagnostic Lab, Palakkad under the control of Animal Husbandry Department. The list of item to be supplied are attached along with tender. The tenderers should supply the items mentioned in the list at their own expense.

Price of the tender form:

Original—` 800 + 4% VAT.

Duplicate—` 400 + 4% VAT.

Closing date and time of sale of tender forms—

21-12-2011 at 3 p. m.

The date up to which the rates are to be firm—

31-3-2012.

The cover containing the tenders should be superscribed with the Tender No. 1/2011-12 supply of Diagnostic Kits to Regional Disease Diagnostic Lab, Palakkad. Also name of tenderer should be written in cover. The tender should be accompanied by E.M.D. 1% of the amount quoted and a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 (Hundred only).

The tender forms are available in all working days from the undersigned. Those who require tender forms by Post they should pay ` 50 additionally for postage.

Cheques, Pay orders and demand draft are not accepted.

മൃഗസംരക്ഷണ വകുപ്പ്—കാലിവസന്താ നിർമ്മാർ÷ന പദ്ധതി, പാലക്കാട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് റി≠ർപെസ്റ്റ് ആഫീസറുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള മേഖലാ രോഗ നിർണ്ണയ ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേക്ക് 2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ "ഡയഗണോസ്റ്റിക് കിറ്റുകൾ" വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില :

അസ്സൽ—` 800 + 4 % വാറ്റ്.

പകർപ്പ്—` 400 + 4 % വാറ്റ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—21-12-2011, 3 മണി.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—21-12-2011, 4 മണി.

നിരക്കുകൾ സ്ഥിരത പുലർത്തുന്ന തീയതി—31-3-2012.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം ` 50 അധികമായി മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. മണി ഓർഡ റുകൾ ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മുദ്രവെച്ച കവറുകൾ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് റി≠ർപെസ്റ്റ് ആഫീസർ, റി≠ർപെസ്റ്റ് ഇറാഡിക്കേഷൻ സ്കീം, പാലക്കാട്, പിൻ-678 001 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടി ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തി നോടൊപ്പംതന്നെ ലഭിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തി നോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ` 100 (നൂറ് രൂപ) വിലയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യ മെങ്കിൽ ` 75 (എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) പ്രത്യേക മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയച്ചു തന്നാൽ മുദ്രപത്രം വാങ്ങി യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നി›ിത സമയം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ വെച്ച് സ്ഥാപന ഉടമസ്ഥരുടെയോ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനും താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ആഫീസർക്ക് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് (ഫോൺ നമ്പർ-0491 2520626). സർക്കാർ തലത്തിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

നി›ിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണ മായതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നി›ിത സമയം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ വെച്ച് സ്ഥാപന ഉടമസ്ഥരുടെയോ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനും താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ആഫീസർക്ക് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് (ഫോൺ നമ്പർ-0491 2520626). സർക്കാർ തലത്തിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
