Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Filter Cooler in University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011-12.

The envelops containing the tenders should be superscribed as Tenders for the Supply of Filter Cooler and addressed to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this College on or before 28-12-2011, 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 28-12-2011 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms can be had from the college office from 10.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the working days till 28-12-2011. The cost of the tender form is ` 451 (Four hundred and fifty one only) including VAT+Cess. The tender froms can be had by post by sending Money Order for ` 510 (Five hundred and ten only).

The cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 226 (Two Hundred and Twenty Six only) including VAT+Cess. It will be issued only to those who have purchased the original tender forms. The original and duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by sending money order for ` 740 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Forty only).

The cost of tender form paid will not be refunded. The tender form once purchased, is not to be exchanged.

Mony order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be send by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable.

Face value is ` 90,000 (Inclusive of all taxes).

തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജിൽ 2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് ഫിൽട്ടർ കൂളർ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 28-12-2011-ന് 2 മണിക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ഫിൽട്ടർ കൂളർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും, ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യത്തിന്റെ നമ്പരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 2 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിത രായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 28-12-2011 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മുതൽ ര≠ു മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 451 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ), ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 226 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ്് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫാറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമെ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒറിജിനലിനു മാത്രം ` 510-ം ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 740-ം അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കുറവായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1% (മിനിമം ` 100-ൽ കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക EMD ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. EMD തുക DD ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഫിൽട്ടർ കൂളർ മൊത്തമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്കുകൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താവു ന്നതാണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ടി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണമേ∑ കൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഭാഗികമായോ മൊത്തമായോ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവു ലഭിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 20 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കുകൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും, സെസ്സും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെ ടുത്തേ≠ത്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും, ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനിൽനിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഒരിക്കലും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതും അപ്രകാരം തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന തോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയ്സിന്റെ മൂന്നു പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകു ന്നതിനു മുൻപ് ` 100 മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാ രമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മതപത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡി.ഡി സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

1 Water Purifier with Cool or hot water 3 dispensing system-Ultra vilot purification, reverse osmosis, Electro deionization and activated carbon filter with hot or cold water dispenser, Eureka forbs filter system along with Voltas cool/hot water dispending 2 Vacuum Cleaner (LG or Eureka forbs), 1 powerful 1200 W motor

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of the Water Purifier and Vacuum Cleaner" and addressed to the Deputy Director of Collegiate Education, Palace Road, Thrissur, Pin-680 020. Last date for receipt of the tender will be 2 p. m. on 23-12-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 23-12-2011 itself in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompained by a cash remittance of ` 416 which is the price fixed for a form which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 23-12-2011. Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory chemicals to the Science Departments of Government Arts & Science College, Kozhinjampara, under plan fund for the year 2011-12 for a total amount of ` 2,15,000.

Tenders should be superscribed "No. A1/151/2011-12 Laboratory chemicals & Lab Equipments" under plan fund 2011-12 and addressed to the Principal, Government Arts and Science College, Kozhinjampara, Nattukal P. O., Palakkad, Pin-678 554, so as to reach this office not later than on 9-1-2012, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders are available on all working days till 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms are available from Principal, Government Arts & Science College, Kozhinjampara, Nattukal P. O., Palakkad, Pin-678 554 on payment of ` 450 (cost of the tender ` 400+VAT ` 50) and via. postal for ` 482 Cheques, Demand Drafts, postal Orders etc. will not accepted.

The tender should be accompanied with a written undertaking in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. Eligible EMD may be sent accordingly. Firms exempted from EMD should produce relevant records from the competent authority. The supplied Laboratory Chemicals will have to be examined and certified by the officers concerned before making payments.

The undersigned reserves full right to alter or to cancel the tender date if it comes to be necessary.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 7/2011-12 (UGC) supply of Computer, Laptop and Printer etc. to Malayalam and English Department" and addressed to the Principal, T. M. Government College, Tirur, Pin-676 502, Malappuram District. The last date and time for the receipt of filled tender is on 21-12-2011 at 2 p. m. and will be opened on the same day at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Laptop, Digital Photocopier, LCD Projector, Printer etc. to Malayalam and Commerce Department of T. M. Government College, Tirur for ` 2,00,000 under the scheme of Starting of New Courses, Plan 2011-12.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 11/2011-12 (P) supply of equipments under the scheme of Starting of New Courses Plan 2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, T. M. Government College,Tirur, Pin-676 502, Malappuram District. The last date and time of receipt of filled in tender is on 28-12-2011 at 2 p. m. and will be opened on the same day at 3 p.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 28-12-2011 at 12 noon. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, T. M. Government College, Tirur, Pin-676 502, Malappuram District, obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer and Accessories under Plan Scheme during the year 2011-12 to C. K. G. Memorial Government College, Perambra.

The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed " Tender for the supply of Computer and Accessories under Plan Scheme during the year 2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, C. K. G. Memorial Government College, Perambra, Perambra P. O., Kozhikode District, Pin-673 525. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 6-1-2012 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, C. K. G. Memorial Government College, Perambra, Perambra P. O., Kozhikode District, Pin-673 525, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 451 which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p. m. on 6-1-2012. Cheques, Demand Draft, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 225 per copy.

An agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be executed and attached with the tender. Demand Draft amounting to ` 1,000 drawn on SBI, Perambra Branch should be attached. Rate of tax chargeable on the items should be clearly mentioned against each of the items quoted on the tender.

2. സംസ്ഥാന സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകാർ അവർ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേ ≠താണ്. ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ തുക എത്രയെന്ന് നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പേജിൽ കാണിക്കേ≠തും ആ തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം സ്ഥിരനിക്ഷേപ രശീതി/ടേം ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റ് രശീതി എന്നിവയായി അടയ്ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

4. ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുക ബാധകമായ എല്ലാ നികുതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കണം. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം നികുതി നിരക്ക് പ്രത്യേകമായി ഓരോ സാധനത്തിന്റെയും നേരെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ''ടെ≠ർ നമ്പർ 04/2011-2012 കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും അനുബന്ധ സാമഗ്രികളും യു.ജി.സി. XI πാൻ" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവ. ബ്രണ്ണർ കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ടീച്ചർ എഡ്യുക്കേഷൻ, തലശ്ശേരി-670 101 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 28-12-2011-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെയാണ്.

താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

അനുബന്ധമായി വച്ച സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷനിലെ 1 മുതൽ 6 വരെയുള്ളതിന് പ്രത്യേകം വില കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ലഭിച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ 29-12-2011-ന് രാവിലെ 11.30 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠ർ നൽകിയവരുടെ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായോ ` 416 (വില ` 400+4% വാറ്റ്) കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ 28-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
