TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following item from authorized dealers/manufactures to Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram.

representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 1-12-2011, 11 a. m. and will be closed at 12 noon on 20-12-2011. The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p. m. on 20-12-2011.

Details of items—75 mm x 1.5 m long drill rods

suitable for KLR DTH Rig unit—225 Nos.

PAC—` 12,93,750.

EMD—1% of quoted amount.

Cost of tender form:

Original—` 2,100 + 4% VAT.

Duplicate—` 1,100 + 4% VAT.

Intending tenderers may give application to the Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance/Money Order in favour of the Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003 at the price fixed for a tender form/set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Drafts and Postal Orders will not accepted towards the cost of tender forms. No tender form will be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued on payment. An Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total value had to be submitted along with the tender offer. The tender should be superscribed with tender number and name of the item each in separate sealed cover addressed to the Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003, Phone 0471-2434098. Late tenders will not be accepted. Stamp Paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender forms on payment of ` 165 (` 100 for Stamp Paper and ` 65 for Postal and incidental charges) which may be remitted by Money Order along with cost of tender forms.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത

പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കു

ന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 1-12-2011-ന് രാവിലെ

11 മണിക്ക് തുടങ്ങി 20-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി ക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളിലേക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം നൽകുന്നതി ലേക്ക് ` 165 മണിയോർഡർ ആയി ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഇതിൽ ` 65 പോസ്റ്റൽ ചാർ÷ിനാണ്. ചെക്കുകൾ/പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ/ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ മുതലായവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ക്വാട്ടുചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 1% ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ
