TENDER NOTICE

No. A1. 1972/2010. 1st December 2011.

The Wildlife Warden, Thiruvananthapuram invites sealed tender on behalf of the Governor of Kerala for purchase of FRP boat along with relevant accessories for use in Neyyar Reservoir in the Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary.

Details of Items—Fabrication testing, commissioning and supply of FRP boat of about 25 persons seating capacity. The boat shall be laminated from fiber glass reinforced plastic, in accordance with standard practice and shall have general arrangement as per IRS specification and as per the specification given in the tender document.

Quantity—1 No.

EMD—` 87,500.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

containing price/financial bids. Both bids shall be in separate envelops specifically superscribed as 'technical bids' and 'price bids'. Both envelops should be kept in a 3rd envelop which is sealed.

2. Price bids will be opened only after confirmation of technical bid.

3. The tenderer must have established service facilities and manufacturing units with testing facilities/ infrastructure in the unit.

4. The tenderer must have five years of experience of manufacturing/fabrication and supply of FRP boat and should have manufactured and supplied more than three FRP boats to various Government Department (State and Central)/PSUS.

5. Tender documents along with technical specification will be available on application from intending bidders from the office of the Wildlife

Warden, Thiruvananthapuram on payment of ` 5250 + VAT, by cash which is non-refundable up to 1 p. m. on 30-12-2011. Those who wish to get the documents by post should send request together with DD for ` 6,000 in favour of the Wildlife Warden, Thiruvananthapuram payable at Thiruvananthapuram well in advance.

6. The sealed tender addressed to the Wildlife Warden, Rajeev Gandhi Nagar (PTP Nagar), Vattiyoorkavu P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-13 should reach him on or before 30-12-2011 up to 3 p. m. by hand, by courier or by RPAD. The cover should be superscribed as "tender for purchase of FRP boat with relevant accessories".

7. The documents attached along with tender shall be duly attested.

8. The technical bid shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of the bidders who are present.

9. General conditions of tender for fabrication and supply prevailing in the Department will be applicable in this case also.

A pre bid meeting of intending bidders will be held at 11 a. m. on 21-12-2011 in the office of the Wildlife Warden, Thiruvananthapuram.

നെയ്യാർ വന്യജീവി സങ്കേതത്തിലെ നെയ്യാർ റിസർവ്വോയറിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനായി താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന വിശദാംശങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയ ഒരു എഞജ ബോട്ടും, അനുബന്ധ സാമഗ്രികളും സപ്ളൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി തിരുവനന്തപുരം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ മുദ്ര വച്ച കവറിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ—25 പേർക്ക് യാത്രചെയ്യാനുളള സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയ എഫ്.ആർ.പി. ബോട്ട് നിർമ്മിച്ച്, ടെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് കമ്മീഷൻ ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. എെ.ആർ.എസ്. നിബന്ധകളോടു കൂടിയ ക്രമീകരണങ്ങളുള്ളതും ഫൈബർ റീ ഇൻഫോർസ്ഡ് പ്ളാസ്റ്റിക്കിൽ തീർത്തതുമായിരിക്കണം ബോട്ട്. ദർഘാസ് രേഖകളിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാനദfiങ്ങളും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം.

3. ദർഘാസിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർക്ക് പരിശോധനാ സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയ നിർമ്മാണ യൂണിറ്റും, സർവ്വീസ് സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം.

4. ദർഘാസിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർക്ക് എഫ്.ആർ.പി. ബോട്ട് നിർമ്മിച്ച് സപ്ളൈ ചെയ്യുന്ന രംഗത്ത് അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തെ പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. സംസ്ഥാന കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരുകൾക്കോ പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കോ മൂന്നിൽ കുറയാതെ എഫ്.ആർ.പി. ബോട്ടുകൾ സപ്ളൈ ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠ാകേ≠തുമാണ്.

5. ദർഘാസിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ` 5,250-ം വില്പ്പന നികുതിയും പണമായ് അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡന്റെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 30-12-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇതിനായി അടക്കുന്ന പണം തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ തിരു വനന്തപുരം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡന്റെ പേരിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തു മാറാവുന്ന ` 6,000 ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും അപേക്ഷയും നൽകേ≠താണ്.

6. മുദ്ര വച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ, രാജീവ് ഗാന്ധി നഗർ (പി.റ്റി.പി. നഗർ), വട്ടിയൂർക്കാവ് പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം-13 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 30-12-2011 ഉച്ചക്കുശേഷം 3.00 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ടോ കൊറിയർ വഴിയോ രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ വഴിയോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് കവറിനു പുറത്ത് "എഞജ ബോട്ടുവാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

7. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള രേഖകൾ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവയായിരിക്കണം.

8. സാങ്കേതിക ദർഘാസ് 30-12-2011 ഉച്ചക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസു കാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

9. വനംവകുപ്പിൽ ഫാബ്രിക്കേഷനും, സപ്ളൈക്കും നിലവിലുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ക≠ീഷനുകൾ ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ താല്പര്യമുള്ളവർക്കായി ഒരു പ്രീ ബിഡ് മീറ്റിംഗ് 21-12-2011 രാവിലെ 11.00 മണിക്ക് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുള്ള വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻെറ ഓഫീസിൽ ചേരുന്നതാണ്.

Competitive tenders are sealed envelops are invited for supply of following items from reputed manufactures/ authorized suppliers to the office of Chief Conservator of Forest (Wildlife), Palakkad.

1. ഇരട്ടക്കവർ സിസ്റ്റത്തിലായിരിക്കും ദർഘാസ് 'എ' കവറിൽ സാങ്കേതിക ദർഘാസും, പ്രീ ക്വാളിഫിക്കേഷൻ രേഖകളും 'ബി' കവറിൽ സാമ്പത്തിക ദർഘാസും സമർപ്പിക്കണം. മേൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള പ്രത്യേകം ദർഘാസുകൾ 'സാങ്കേതിക ദർഘാസ്', 'സാമ്പത്തിക ദർഘാസ്' എന്ന പ്രത്യേകം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള കവറുകളിൽ ഇട്ട്, ര≠ു കവറുകളും മൂന്നാമതൊരു സീൽ ചെയ്ത കവറിൽ ഇട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കണം.

2. സാങ്കേതിക ദർഘാസ് പരിശോധിച്ച് ഉറപ്പിച്ച ശേഷമേ സാമ്പത്തിക ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

The properly filled tender forms will be accepted in the office of the undersigned upto 3 p. m. on 28-12-2011. The tender will be opened by the undersigned at 3.30 p.m. on 28-12-2011 in the presence of Tenderers/Authorized Officers who are present at that time. In the event of the day specified for Tender receipt and opening being declared as holiday for the purchaser's office, the next working day will be the day for submission of the tender and opening at the time prescribed. If the tender could not be held on 28-12-2011 it will be held on 29-12-2011. The sucessful Tenderers will have to execute an agreement on Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with tender. Late and defective tenders will not be accepted.

The undersigned reserve the right to cancel the tenders in unavoidable circumstances without stating any reason thereof. The tender without agreement and EMD will be rejected.
