TENDER NOTICE

No. 36/2011-12. 2nd December 2011.

Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 36/2011-12 for the supply of Air Conditioner is invited by the undersigned. The tenders should reach this office on or before 29-12-2011 at 1 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersinged on cash payment of ` 140 + VAT @ 4% for original form and ` 70 + VAT @ 4% for duplicate. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be entertained only up to 20-12-2011 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in M.O. coupon clearly. Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 will not be accepted on any account.

സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് എയർ ക≠ീഷനർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-12-2011 1 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജന്റുമാരു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 36/2011-12 വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച് " എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ` 140 + വാറ്റ് 4% നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 70 + വാറ്റ് 4 % നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്ന താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to a cash payment by Money Order inclusive of postal of charges ` 32. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 28-12-2011 and an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be executed along with the tenders. Money Orders will be

ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരി ക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള ` 32 സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാ ണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. ` 100 വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാ ത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മണി യോർഡർ 20-12-2011 വരെ മാത്രമെ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. മണി യോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യ‡മായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
