The candidates who have secured 58 (Fifty Eight) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists. Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List are directed to produce self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, regarding qualification, date of birth, community and other benefits, if any, to which they are entitled to at the time of verification of original documents.

SC/ST candidates included in the Short List are required to produce 2 copies of Community Certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities, not below the rank of Thahsildar for producing before the Public Service Commission.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in this list, who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 81/09/ SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above as and when called for. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Community Certificate, Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for re-checking of their answer scripts only after the approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification for this post. Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 10-10-2009 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer the notification.

(5) The candidates included in the Short List except SC and ST candidates, shall produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 117/08/SC/STDD dated 19-12-2008 or G. O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009. SC/ST candidates shall produce Caste Certificate obtained from Revenue Authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar as specified in Kerala Gazette along with other documents mentioned above or as and when called for. The Register Numbers of the candidates in the Supplementary Lists who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.

(6) The place, date and time of interview will be intimated in due course.

(7) According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.

Ranked List No. 176/2011/DOTSR.

The following list contains the names of the candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 11-6-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 19-8-2010 for the post of Tracer on ` 5650-8790 in Agriculture (SC Unit) in Thrissur District, arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 27-2-2008 as Category No. 86/2008. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 19-4-2011. The ranked list will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner willl not be considered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, SC/ST Development Corporation Building, II Floor, Opp. Town Hall, City Post Office, Chembukavu, Thrissur-20 should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List by the PSC (i.e. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 2-6-2011.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State which is to be credited to the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other receipt-99-Other receipts" and the original chalan receipt should be attached with the application. The copy of the OMR sheet will be given only once and copy of both "A" Part and "B" part will be given. The photocopy will be sent by Registered Post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy of their own answer script only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of other candidates answer script, legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the photocopy of OMR answer script should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of Ranked List. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.

Entries put in Column (8) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

All the candidates who have secured 51 (Fifty one) marks and above in the OMR Test held on 11-6-2009 and who have appeared with necessary documents for the verification of Original Certificates have been included in the Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplimentary Lists.

The fee should be remitted in any of the Treasuries in the state under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram on or before 13-5-2011. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Ranked List are advised to refer to Notification No. ER II (1) 1425/09/EW dated 25-1-2010 for the Register Number of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain the photocopy of their OMR answer script (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-Other receipts". The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram on or before 2011. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Malappuram within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

The candidates who have secure 48 (Forty Eight) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) have been included in the Main List of the Ranked List of Open Quota (Category No. 135/2008). The cut of marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary Lists.

Note:—The vacancies reported after 20-12-2008 will not be advised from this Ranked List.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 19-11-2009 for selection to the post of Tradesman (Turning) on ` 4990-7990 (Category No. 383/07) in Technical Education Department in Wayanad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 31-3-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time against HQ vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the List at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed, but re-checking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50. The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The marks awarded will be checked a second time and discrepancies, if any, will be rectified.

Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org/or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates can, if required, obtain the photocopy of their OMR answer sheets. The photocopy of the OMR sheet will be given on payment of ` 200. The fee should be remitted in the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 State PSC-99-Other Receipts". The detailed instructions in this regard and a specimen application form are appended with the Ranked List. Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (i.e. The date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 14-5-2011. Applications for re-checking/ obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

The entries put in column 9 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application form and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 46 (Forty Six) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR) have been included in the Main List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in Supplementary Lists.

The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of L. P. School Assistant (Malalyalam Medium) on ` 6680-10790 in the Education Department in Kasaragod District (Category No. 390/08) on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 12-9-2009.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate the respective rank on the basis of the said test. The alphabet 'B' should be prefixed to all Register Numbers to denote Kasaragod District.

But answer scripts will be rechecked and Photocopy of answer scripts will be issued only after the publication of the Ranked List if applied as per rules.
