K. Baiju who met with a fatal accident on 25-7-2009 arising out of and in the course of his employment as under the above employer.

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
